11/05/2025: Wonderful place, with great attention to detail, excellent service, we spent a wonderful evening, ate excellently, in a very quiet and relaxing garden, I recommend it, to return in winter, the interior of the place is truly special. Possibility to dine in a private room. Worth noting is the impeccable and friendly service. Price in line with the quality of the raw materials.

01/05/2025: Small sign on the road and entrance that looks like the entrance door of a building. But my keen eye for small details allowed me to see it among other even more publicized places. Michele was there to welcome us and he was fantastic, welcoming and attentive.
The fixed menus are for every type of budget, you spend little compared to average and you eat very well. The dishes are plentiful and the fresh and delicate flavor of the fish put us in a good mood. It was truly a beautiful experience full of flavors and humanity.
I promised Michele that I will come back and do it.

02/05/2025: After a few years we returned to the Da Caliendo tavern and this time I didn't like it (much better when it was facing the square), perhaps it was the fact of wanting to imitate the master chef's gourmet dishes but more than anything else you pay dearly and you leave fasting, tiny but very expensive dishes (in fact a couple next to us was complaining), in the end it was time to get home and we were still hungry.
Conclusion: I won't go there again.

03/05/2025: A restaurant where time never seems to pass, abundant dishes of excellent fresh fish, risotto alla pescatora, spaghettoni with mussels and bottarga and a sea bream in salt cooked to perfection, a pleasure for the palate!
02/05/2025: INTOXICATED BY RAW FISH. We were with a table of 30 people and all the people who ate raw fish got food poisoning.

24/04/2025: It appears to be a simple place with a spartan welcome, overlooking Lake Fusaro separated by the cycle path. Tables set with paper tablecloths but the young lady who serves customers will change your cutlery for each course! There are good wines but the thing to mention are the truly exceptional dishes offered: we tried the octopus genise, unforgettable paccheri with green and yellow tomatoes with raw prawns and spaghetti with seafood, the blue prawns with fruit passion are amazing!! Compliments to the chef! Truly fresh products and treated very well 👏👏👏 it's not easy especially on Easter Monday!
21/03/2025: The location is very beautiful; tables on the veranda on Lake Fusaro in front of Casina Vanvitelliana.
The owner/chef Mimmo is very kind.
Both the starters, fried cod and panco prawns, and the first courses, Genoese with octopus and spaghetti with leek prawns, are excellent.
Must try.

Grazie Michele e a tutti per aver contribuito a rendere speciale il giorno della prima comunione di mio figlio!
29/04/2025: A corner of paradise where you can live one of the best Italian culinary experiences. The chef is not just a cook, he is also a wonderful host who makes you feel not like a guest but a friend! We will return as we have already done.

17/08/2024: Nice discovery.... the hosts Giuseppe and Anna welcomed and pampered us during the entire mid-August lunch, making us immediately feel at home.... Pino delighted us with various special appetizers that Anna described to us in detail, but they outdid themselves for the two first courses.... a Genoese with octopus and a puttanesca with cuttlefish.... we are still deciding which of the two first courses to reward. Lunch continued with a delicious and fresh fried fish and ended with homemade desserts made by Mrs. Anna. Thanks for the tasty mid-August holiday!

Affacciato sul suggestivo porto di Baia, questo ristorante rappresenta una vera e propria perla per gli amanti del pesce fresco e della cucina mediterranea. Fin dal primo istante si viene accolti da Martina, la direttrice di sala con gentilezza e professionalità , una vista sul mare che fa da cornice perfetta a un’esperienza gastronomica di altissimo livello.
Il menù, interamente curato dallo chef Mirko, è un trionfo di sapori autentici e creatività. Ogni piatto racconta una storia di mare, tradizione e passione. Le cruditè di pesce ,così come i primi piatti, dove la pasta si sposa perfettamente con sughi saporiti e profumati. Il pescato del giorno, preparato con tecnica impeccabile, è una vera celebrazione del territorio.
Il servizio è attento e cordiale, e il personale è sempre pronto ad essere a completa disposizione. Si percepisce chiaramente la dedizione e la cura per ogni dettaglio.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chi desidera vivere un’esperienza culinaria unica, in un luogo dove il mare incontra l’eccellenza della cucina. Complimenti allo chef Mirko ,a Martina e a tutto il team!
06/05/2025: Incastonato in uno scenario spettacolare abbiamo pranzato in famiglia alla locanda dei re dove la qualità e la professionalità si sposa perfettamente con chi vuole passare una giornata tranquilla in famiglia.
Menu degustazione con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo antipatici ricercati, spaghetti ai ricci uno spettacolo e frittura fresca asciutta e dorata
Complimenti allo Chef e alla Direttrice ma anche a tutto lo staff

04/05/2025: Good evening, let's say the food is a little poor on the plates but for those who pay it's also fine.... One thing I was very upset about was that a 16 month old girl was made to pay a cover charge for having taken a plate of penne..... But it's also fine if there was service for the baby too..... 4 big seats all occupied we had to keep her on the chair, she didn't reach the table..... So this cover charge????? But whatever, today we don't look at anything anymore, not even newborns... Good evening
17/04/2025: Terrible we had lunch today, dirty cutlery, dirty tablecloths, terrible food, disgusting mussel soup, bad smell, old seafood, hygienically closed.
