21/07/2025: A Delightful Culinary Experience in Termoli I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Carne Miseria e Nobiltà and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance is modern yet warm, offering a relaxing setting perfect for enjoying an exceptional meal. The service was professional and attentive throughout the evening, adding to the overall experience. I started with the Tagliatelle con asparagi, tartufo e mascarpone, a refined and indulgent dish featuring perfectly cooked pasta enveloped in a silky mascarpone sauce, complemented by fresh asparagus and the earthy aroma of truffle. For the main course, I had the Guancia di vitello con pistacchi, a beautifully tender veal cheek served with a subtle pistachio sauce that added a unique and elegant twist. Both dishes were expertly prepared and artfully presented. A fantastic meal paired with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere—I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Termoli.

17/06/2025: Friendly staff and clean and welcoming place. The waiting times for the pizza are a bit long. The pizza is exceptional, well cooked, well leavened and with good quality raw materials. Good value for money.

20/08/2025: I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment. A nice, traditional, fairly rustic place with a few children's playground equipment in the courtyard, very useful. Very good service, fast and friendly. The only downside is the location; I drove 14km of winding roads to get there. Good, tasty food, decent house wine to accompany the meal.

08/08/2025: We went for dinner. The place is enchanting. The food was excellent, fresh, and we sampled many traditional dishes, all carefully prepared. The staff was very kind and attentive to every request. An excellent experience.

You can eat very well: the cuisine is local, excellent both for the products and for how they are prepared. The hospitality is exceptional both for the exquisite welcome and for the friendliness of the owners. The environment is equally welcoming, both for families and large groups. What else can I say... 11/06/2025: Young, dynamic environment, but respectful of tradition, family-run, they are very close-knit, they offer pan pizzas, and not only, both slices and whole, both take-away and consumption on site, a wide choice of both traditional and innovative flavors, even for the most demanding, Carmine's pizza is UNMISTAKABLE, good, crunchy, tells the story of Molise. NOT TO BE MISSED.

11/08/2025: We returned once again. And once again, we were convinced it was worth it. The selection of appetizers is worth the trip. Excellent Genovese lasagna, quality entrecôte steak. The tiramisu, made in their own way, was a pleasant surprise. Filindo is the highlight of the place; he is its soul, with his gruff yet kind welcome.

20/08/2025: Quiet atmosphere, excellent food with local, zero-mile products, room equipped with all comforts, affability and courtesy of the hosts ready to satisfy every request... everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant holiday... plus, pet-friendly structure!! I highly recommend it.
