29/10/2025: Bed and breakfast rooms plus inn. I've stayed at both the bed and breakfast and the adjacent trattoria at different times. Both are excellent experiences and excellent options for those wishing to visit the centuries-old beauty of Bonefro and Molise. As for food, they offer traditional local dishes with a touch of class and lightness that elevates the flavor. Despite being born here, I'd never been to this trattoria, which has been successfully operating for 20 years. The owner, Antonio, is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The kitchen staff, a local woman, prepares excellent dishes inspired by authentic local tradition with skill, class, and flavor. All at reasonable, below-average prices, without any loss of quality or deliciousness.

30/11/2025: Beautiful place completely immersed in nature. We have been there twice and will definitely return again. They have a huge garden, then there are animals and there are also games where children can climb. It can certainly be a wonderful educational day even for those with children since they have so many animals. Then inside they have the fireplace where they make roast meat. And the best thing is that they set up everything they cook in full view. It is a wonderful place and the staff is a very friendly family who make you feel at home. The food is not to be forgotten. They make a menu with homemade dishes and with what they produce. Then breakfast is the icing on the cake. There are lots of homemade cakes made by them. You don't see the packaged junk. Everything is fresh and tasty. I recommend it because they deserve to become more and more known. (Ps... try the raw ham they make 🫠😋) .

05/11/2025: I am reacting to a review from a local guide David Greens 3 years ago… Borgo Antico about owner/ chef Filindo is not deserving of your Bird like review referencing him as a Peacock. I politely suggest the title of peacock be more fitting with the latter…These hidden gems and villagers are NOT awaiting for perhaps kick back group travelers they are welcoming, gracious to prepare something of great content upon arrival. Their menus are offered by fresh supplies solely on local forage and seasonal produce and availability. Quality at best. My review is based on 2015 and most recent visit 2024. Fact checked on everything, it is the same and we felt lucky to find Borgo open and the opportunity to reunite with Filindo and experience this mountain top Trattoria again. 14/08/2025: Everything was good. We had dinner two nights in a row. The first with appetizers and meat, the second with pizza. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were kind and professional, and they were excellent at interacting with customers. The food was exceptional. 😜 Highly recommended. 👍🏻

25/08/2025: Renovated, with a new location and a new look, the pizzas are delicious, the dough is easy to digest and well-hydrated. Their strong point is the service, which, despite the restaurant being packed, moves at an exceptional speed. This deserves a top rating, thanks also to the friendliness of the entire staff. The prices are fair, in line with the market.

03/11/2025: I'd heard the quality of this pizzeria mentioned many times, but for some reason I couldn't bring myself to stop by. Last night we finally went for dinner, and I have to say I regret not going sooner! Excellent croquettes and superb pizzas. From classic to contemporary, all in true Neapolitan style, there's something for everyone. We had four different flavors, all excellent and made with Molise products, with fair prices for the quality and hospitality. The place is small but welcoming; I recommend booking in advance to secure a spot.

11/09/2025: The Neapolitan-style pizza is very good, with a thick crust, light dough, very soft pizza, and high-quality ingredients. Small flaw: the space is a bit small. Friendly staff. I don't recommend the truffle fries because they're too expensive.
