26/11/2025: Carmelo is an excellent chef. We ate here two times and the hospitality, ambiance, service, and of course food was amazing. I had one of the best ribs in my life. They are sous vide in wine/beer. They also gave us complementary bread/veggies which were also amazing. My BF had the mushroom sausage pasta, as well as the Ragu pasta. I also had pesto pasta another time. Everything was amazing :-)

08/11/2025: In a city this big and with so many options, the food and service were just mid. Multiple dishes came out cold :( and the owners explanation was that it was on purpose cause he doesn’t like to overcook the steak fajitas?? Like Sir, the plate was cold. My friend swears by this place… but I probably won’t be back.
03/11/2025: Aside from the incredibly kind staff and the chef, who welcomed us with such warmth and friendliness, the food was incredible. If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine or simply curious, you absolutely must come and eat here🥰.

03/12/2025: A terrible experience, bordering on absurd. I asked to remove an ingredient I can't eat, and we're not talking about something integrated into the meat or the preparation: it was simply a final topping, a "decoration" added at the last minute. A very banal request, yet perfectly foreseen by the sign posted in the restaurant.
And instead? I was faced with service so poor it seemed like a joke. The person at the counter responded in an annoyed and completely inappropriate tone, bringing up a supposed "company policy" that would prevent changes... and ignoring what was clearly written right there.
A disconcerting lack of professionalism, a rigid and rude attitude that completely ruins the customer experience. If this is how they treat those who enter the restaurant, it's no surprise that the atmosphere exudes more irritation than hospitality. The service needs to be completely overhauled.
29/11/2025: An experience beyond reproach.
Not only were we repeatedly told that some ingredients were missing, but, after wasting time adjusting our order based on what was "left" at checkout,
we were told there were too many of us and they couldn't defrost the food. I'd tell the
owner to alert the staff and consider whether it might be time to close!

09/07/2025: Ragazzi mi dispiace ma i vostri modi sono stati imbarazzanti , col cliente ci si scusa per la lunga attesa, non si diventa arroganti e poi non far pagare il conto con quell’aria di presunzione è solo un modo per dimostrare la differenza di età tra voi e il cliente come dice la finta proprietaria del locale, tra l’altro il cibo era veramente scadente non è motivata l’attesa! nell’interland vi assicuro c’è un messicano di gran lunga migliore con i modi garbati e autenticità dei sapori … crescete e mettete da parte la presunzione
P.S. Con i 50€ che vi abbiamo lasciato sono certa che vi siete più che ripagati la spesa delle materie prime. Buona fortuna
08/07/2025: Esperienza pessima, non posso recensire il cibo perché dopo un 1e 45 seduti non abbiamo mangiato nulla, solo una bottiglia d'acqua è un calice di sangria.Personale assente, ho chiesto più volte notizie sul mio ordine e nessuno riusciva a dare una risposta. Ma il vero vincitore è il tizio alla cassa, quando ho pagato acqua calice di sangria e coperto, non si è nemmeno degnato di scusarsi per l'accaduto. Anzi sembrava quasi irritato
