13/08/2025: It was amazing. The food was good. The staff was very kind. Now it's under new management. I know it's gone downhill a bit, but I haven't been there yet.

07/08/2025: Very good food, good conversation in English (unfortunately only possible with one employee), excellent service, and very good food at an attractive price. If I ever have to accept models for VW in Cisinella again, I will definitely stop by again. Greetings from Colonia.

27/09/2025: Six of us arrived with a reserved table. We ordered five fajitas and a burrito, as well as three appetizers and a beer. They served the appetizer and the fajitas at the same time, and at a certain point the table wouldn't move, so we had to put the tortilla container on top of the glasses. We left with our clothes smelling like we'd been soaking in used cooking oil for at least 15 days. For dessert, we had churros... they were so dry they looked like cookies!!!! An experience I won't repeat.

01/08/2025: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. We ordered the classic Mexican dish of grilled meat, peppers, and onions (fajita), but the meat was tough and flavorless, and the dishes didn't seem fresh at all. Despite there being three of us, they served us the same portions meant for two as those served at the other tables. We pointed this out, but the staff was rude and unhelpful, with no attention to the customer. Overall, a disappointing experience: nothing like authentic Mexican cuisine. We won't be returning.

05/10/2025: Food: Terrible service. The girls are always serious and unsmiling. The toast was soggy and the meat portions left you hungry... plus the drinks were watered down!

19/10/2025: Finally, a place where you feel at ease when you arrive, with a high spirits, and helpful and cheerful waitresses. I tried a very good drink, and despite it being crowded, the wait wasn't long. I'll gladly return.

17/10/2025: The place is nice and has been a meeting place for me several times. It's a shame that apparently a couple of the waitresses (one with short gray hair and a short, olive-skinned woman with a South American accent, I think) decided to be particularly nice and make a tall guy feel uncomfortable AS SOON as he entered the place, asking, "Is it cold up there? (It doesn't even make sense) How tall are you?" Laughing in his face like they were two middle school girls. Actually, I'm writing this review so they know they weren't nice, they made this person feel uncomfortable, and they also came across as a bit desperate. A little respect for a customer you've never met, by the way. I'd love to see if the short one of the two walked into a shop and they said, as soon as she walked in the door, "Oh, how short are you? Is it hot down there?" Laughing in her face. Now that makes sense, doesn't it? I don't think I'll go back.

17/10/2025: Reservations are required, and dinner is served in two sittings. The second sitting is recommended, even though it's at 10:00 PM, but at least you're more relaxed and don't have to rush to leave your table. The live dance performances are great, and the food is excellent. The only downside: too many seats and tables too close together!

17/10/2025: One thing needs to be said right away: THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. Only book here if you love music, fun, and company. If you're looking for space between tables and silence... this is simply not the place for you. You come here for the atmosphere, for the experience itself. I recommend dinner during the second sitting, especially for groups of friends: it's perfect for those who want to party late into the night (I think you can stay until 3:00 AM). There's a show, a DJ set, and a real party spirit. For those who complain about the small space, the noise, or the chaos: this restaurant is not for you. It's not a flaw, it's a deliberate choice. And it needs to be understood. I had a great time. We ate well (contrary to what I've read in some negative reviews—de gustibus!), and yes, the prices may not be low, but considering the location (very beautiful), the quality of the food, and the overall experience, I find them absolutely justified. After all, we always spend money on what we like, right? But I repeat: YOU HAVE TO LIKE THIS KIND OF ATMOSPHERE. Otherwise, it's obvious that everything will seem too expensive or too "chaotic." P.S.: I confess I spend hours reading the owner's responses to negative reviews... they make me laugh!

03/10/2025: We went for dinner and found it closed and with the lights off. The phone number was out of service. It's a shame, as it was a historic venue where you could spend pleasant evenings at dinner and after dinner.

24/09/2025: Very well stocked, with adequate service given the busy and crowded scene. The restrooms are very poor.

10/10/2025: Back to Mexicali after a while! The service has definitely gotten worse! The drinks arrived after the appetizers were already on the table! I asked for water three times before receiving it! The food was good, except for the inedible potatoes! They had been cooked for at least three days! I pointed this out to the manager, who took my plate away and said, "Okay!" Not a "Sorry, excuse me" (at least he didn't add them to the bill). We ordered a michelada, a beer-based cocktail served with the bottle upside down in the glass! Too bad that once we lifted the bottle to empty it completely, the beer overflowed onto the table because the glass was too small! We asked a waitress to bring napkins to dry the table. The napkins arrived, but… we had to clean the table ourselves 😳 So, it's true that it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant where the waiters almost wipe your mouth, but… So I'd say the service definitely needs updating! If when we went to pay, no one asked us how our dinner went, there must be a reason! Besides, the guy who's now in charge wasn't exactly friendly and competent, even when he was a waiter some time ago!

27/09/2025: Trendy and welcoming venue, excellent, well-balanced cocktails, quality cuisine, unobtrusive background music, and very friendly and attentive staff. Enjoy a delicious aperitif with a mixed platter. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

26/06/2025: We were here once and I felt very good, small place but cozy and very well decorated. We found the staff kind and helpful. We had tacos, burritos and then for dessert brownies and quesadillas with dulce de leche not bad. Great for consuming something without too many thoughts. I recommend!
