17/01/2026: The food was average, the prices reasonable, but the staff were terrible. The black woman at the counter was rude and dismissive, perhaps because we arrived at 3:30 PM while she was doing her own thing, and we disturbed her. A pitiful and shameful scene... be careful with your staff, because they're a fundamental part of the experience you offer!

03/05/2026: Santo Taco is truly a wonderful discovery: a well-kept, welcoming place run by friendly, always smiling staff, which sets the experience off to a great start. The tacos are the real highlight: fresh, well-made, and incredibly tasty. The shrimp one, in particular, is out of this world, a must-try. I also really appreciate the fact that it's an excellent choice for celiacs, without sacrificing flavor. I washed it all down with a refreshing, thirst-quenching margarita, perfect for rounding out the meal. In short, one of those places that makes you say, "I'll definitely be back!": it could easily become one of my favorite places.

22/04/2026: Beautiful evening! Welcoming atmosphere. It makes you feel like you're in the Caribbean. Good buffet where I enjoyed various Cuban dishes. Excellent music, both played by the DJ and by the fabulous musical group. Really good. I recommend it. Be sure to book!

The owner was kind and seated me in a second room where the music was at an acceptable volume and the tables were spaced apart and less crowded. Thank you. 16/11/2025: Terrible experience, a place to absolutely avoid for hygiene, service, and management. I stopped once and witnessed a scene where a waiter made a group of people, including children, leave, who were about to order just because one person had a scoop of ice cream. You're basically sending customers away. Maybe you like working without earning money. It was a scene that made those people uncomfortable, as well as me and other customers, in public and in a public place. I'll also go on to say that the environment was dirty: sticky tables, as was the cashier's counter, dirt on the floor and chairs, the bathroom was dirty with pieces of paper on the floor, and there was no paper towel for drying your hands or for personal hygiene. And don't tell me it was finished just before and that you clean every day, because I don't believe it. Cleaning the place and checking the bathroom facilities should be done daily and before opening. Instead of sitting and smoking continuously, why don't you fix it? You need an inspection. Not to mention the prices, which are excessive for a place like this with terrible service. I'd add that seeing this place practically always empty, especially at night and on weekends, is wonderful. On weekends, every place is full except yours; even the ice cream shops next door are full, while yours is practically empty. I'm not the first, nor will I be the last, to give a negative review, especially about the ice cream, which seems to be a sore point for you. You turn away people who sit down to order a drink just because someone has a scoop of ice cream in their hand, but do you even sell ice cream to be so aggressive? Are they competing with you? I don't think you sell ice cream. You should open an ice cream shop so you can solve every problem. Finally, I hope the building is yours, because if you're renting, you're causing damage to the landlord. If you close down tomorrow, the owner of the building will have a hard time finding someone to rent in your place because your behavior has ruined the image and the place. I conclude by advising you not to respond with the usual phrases you've read in other reviews, like "you can't bring ice cream," "if anything happens you're the one responsible," "it's written on the table," etc. It's embarrassing for you, especially since there's no law prohibiting you from doing this for a guest.
