11/08/2025: We ate three pizzas and a plate of pasta.
Good quality pizzas, made with fresh, authentic ingredients.
There are a few flaws in the service that I'll mention here.
I asked for a small plate for my daughter and was told they didn't offer a smaller pasta dish. I ended up getting a smaller plate, but the price remained the same.
Secondly, we ordered tea, and when it arrived, we noticed it was 15 days out of date... (OK, it can happen.)
However, I would have expected at least an apology and at least a free coffee given the mix-up.
That said, I reiterate that the pizzas were good, made with quality ingredients that justify the price.

Every visit to Enoteca Time is an extraordinary gastronomic experience: the quality of the ingredients is simply exceptional, and the variety of dishes, always different, makes each dinner even more exciting than the last.
Marco, the owner, is unique: highly knowledgeable and passionate, he guides you with grace and expertise to the perfect wine and cocktail pairing, thanks also to his formidable staff, renowned for their professionalism and courtesy. Overall, a truly close-knit team that elevates the experience to a higher level.
The photos speak for themselves, a visual narrative that foreshadows a journey of taste and conviviality.
Enoteca Time deserves applause for the excellence of the ingredients, the hospitality supported by passion and preparation, and the surprising creativity in renewing the experience with each dish. A dinner here is never the same, and always better than the last. Highly recommended!

21/07/2025: I'm changing the review after 5 years.. everything is broken. From the service to the food.
Small portions of food, a joke. And high prices.
20/07/2025: Lunch with friends, I ordered a very simple spaghetti with clams. Unfortunately, it was super salty and inedible, as it was a single, stuck-together mess. When my friend tasted it, she cancelled her dish and opted for a mixed salad instead. We were among the first customers of the day, so there was time to cook the spaghetti. The bathrooms need to be checked every now and then.
