Trivial example: Sauvignon "Ca' di rajo (san polo di piave) sold as Sauvignon del Friuli by the poor young waiter, at €5 per glass (price of the bottle). Starter "palettes" with exaggerated prices for the 3 items above. You pay for the location. Not the service, much less the quality of the food. It's not a problem to pay, but it's a problem to leave unsatisfied
