24/03/2024: Wonderful one-week stay for a snow vacation in February 2024. Clara, Ludovico, Deborah, Marina, Sergio, Pier, Maurice, Andrej and the entire high-performance, smiling and friendly team go out of their way to welcome you warmly and make you feel at home. Everything was so nice (from the room to the breakfasts with an exceptional choice, the delicious dinners, the cozy lounges, the fireplaces all over the hotel, the spa, the vinyl records and their turntables, the view on the Matterhorn, the shuttles immediately available, etc.) that we left the hotel and its hosts with immense regret, promising that we would return as soon as possible. 21/03/2024: Have been there about 25 times and that should probably say most about the qualities this hotel has. Excellent service, pleasant staff and good facilities. They also have one of the valley's best kitchens. Family run. Have been there for work and private.

01/04/2024: Excellent cuisine, everything delicious from starters to dessert, very friendly staff, hospitable environment and impeccable service, I highly recommend it both as a couple and with friends. The owner is very friendly and gave us a discount for two nights in a row

06/04/2024: Not a simple dinner at a restaurant but a real experience! The place is very beautiful and original, with a suggestive atmosphere. Impeccable service and refined dishes. I recommend it, a restaurant you absolutely must try!

24/03/2024: We have gone several times over the years and the atmosphere is always suggestive, a very romantic place, as far as the cuisine is concerned obviously you have to like the refined dishes with particular but good and fresh raw materials. There is both a tasting and à la carte menu. Furthermore, the super professional and talented owner Sara together with her family (chef-staff) have been passionate about attention to detail for years. Recommended for a romantic dinner 👍🏼

29/03/2024: Super friendly staff. Great food. Fantastically and actively dog friendly (tho no dogs in the restaurant and you can't get dinner in the bar). No EV charging at the hotel and the public charging point down the road has other parking that made it impossible for us to get a Tesla MY in the bay. There is a supercharger 30k away if driving towards Italy tho

16/03/2024: In my opinion the best apres ski in Cervinia, suitable for a young clientele, very fast staff even though the place was very crowded. I recommend, I will definitely return!!!

17/02/2024: Brilliant location in a lovely resort. Cervinia is not the most picturesque or lively village in the Alps but the surrounding mountains are stunning with great intermediate skiing. The hotel is ski-in/out and really well located at the top of the town. Even with the benefit of a couple of weeks of post-holiday reality to reflect, everything was wonderful. It manages to combine a modern laid back vibe with coziness and a really friendly family feel. The food is, without exception, fantastic. Generally nothing is too much trouble for the staff - for example they were always happy to give us a lift down to, and more importantly, up from the centre of the village even though it's only 5 mins. All this before I ended up in hospital for a scan with concussion (entirely self inflicted) - they couldn't have been more helpful to my wife, enquired about how I was getting on and laid on a great and much needed spread of food when we got back at midnight.
