20/04/2025: Very welcoming place, like the owner and the staff who made us feel like we were at home, including our dog. Delicious dishes, we appreciated the tagliolini with wild asparagus, the beccafico aubergines were very tasty, the millefeuille with Chantilly cream was amazing, plus generous portions, and there is also a rich choice of wines. A pleasant discovery, excellent price, it's a shame that we are only passing through the area, but we will certainly return on our next holiday in Umbria to try the other proposals on the menu.

25/04/2025: Cordiali, coi giusti tempi, locale ben curato e pulito. La zuppa della strega è strepitosa, qualcosa di palesemente difficile da fare ma con un sapore e un'amalgama di rara perfezione. Altre pietanze con evidenti ottime materie prime. Ci tornerò. Bravi davvero.

24/04/2025: Questa sera sono stato a cena da Piero e Silvana a Todi. Ho trovato una trattoria dove propone una cucina legata a territorio e alla tradizione. Cortesia, piatti preparati con passione e che soddisfano il palato e la vista. Il merito è della signora Silvana che in cucina riprende le ricette trasmesse dai suoi nonni e genitori ed è per questo che i sapori sono unici e non omologati.Ai tavoli la figlia che serve con cortesia e con calore una o che ti fa sentire in famiglia. Ho trovato da Piero e Silvana la stessa atmosfera che ritrovo nei luoghi dove abito, le Langhe, osterie a conduzione famigliare e per questo uniche nel proporre una cucina che rispecchia una individualità territoriale unica

Located in a suggestive location with a breathtaking view of the Umbrian countryside, this restaurant manages to combine tradition and innovation impeccably. The menu is a true journey into the flavors of Umbria, with dishes that enhance local ingredients of the highest quality. From homemade pasta to roasts, each course is taken care of down to the smallest detail in both taste and presentation. I particularly appreciated the Fusilli with broccoli, anchovies, olives and toasted bread crumbs: an explosion of flavour! Desserts are also a must: the homemade Tozzetti and glass of Collina d'Oro Roccafiore passito are amazing! The staff is extremely professional and welcoming, with attention to the customer that immediately makes you feel at home. The suggestions on wines are also excellent, with a well-stocked cellar that ranges from Umbrian and national labels. The environment is elegant and refined, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.
