21/08/2025: A small, welcoming place with a family atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and refined yet delicious cuisine.
My husband and I are both vegan, and we were truly pampered with a personalized menu, something not everyone gets. It's no coincidence that we decided to return two days later!
Greetings and a huge thank you, both to the wonderful and friendly lady who served us on Monday, and to the highly professional chef who served us last night with his original "tasters."
See you next time!

20/08/2025: Located on the edge of Foligno's historic center, strategically located so you don't enter the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), yet a 10-minute walk to the city center and a 5-minute drive to the main road junctions for other towns. Pet-friendly hotel, with final sanitization for €10. Quiet and well-insulated rooms. Elevator to upper rooms. Excellent restaurant serving Umbrian dishes. Every area is immaculately clean, from the rooms to the reception, from the breakfast room to the TV room. Extremely friendly and professional staff in every area. Public paid parking is available on the adjacent street, with a maximum rate of €6.15 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, then free. The building and rooms are classically designed, yet functional. Bathrooms have a bidet and generously sized shower.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of pastries, yogurt, juices, coffee, hard-boiled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, and more. In front of the hotel, in addition to the public parking, you can stroll along the walls of the historic center alongside the river. Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: I had the pleasure of organizing an anniversary dinner at Tamiso restaurant, and I couldn't say it was a better choice.
The patience and dedication of the owner and his staff ensured that all my requests were met from day one until the party was held.
My guests are still remembering the evening days later.
The quality food always satisfied us, from the appetizers onwards, and a special mention must be made of the supreme tiramisu, which provided a sweet ending to the evening.

28/08/2025: We arrived with a reservation. The place was welcoming and charming. The dishes were decent. We ordered a plate of cold cuts with bruschetta, potatoes under ashes, bucatini all'amatriciana, and strangozzi alla spoletina. None of them impressed us. The potatoes baked in foil were good but had nothing to do with the ashes, and the bucatini and strangozzi were both drowned in sauce. We waited over half an hour for them.
The staff were young but unresponsive and inexperienced, and I speak with full knowledge of the facts. Not very confident... Given the premises, and considering the location, we expected better.

tagliere di saluni veramente buoni, carne (tagliata) ottima con cottura
richiesta media precisa,la ragazza che ci a serviti credo sia la responsabile di sala
molto gentile e professionale precisa a darci spiegazioni.
l'unico inconveniente a mio avviso poco igienico e che la sera a detta della ragazza non usano ne tovaglie ne le tovagliette da posizionare sopra i tavoli in pratica si mangia sul tavolo.
Proverei ad usarle anche la sera non solo a pranzo.

La mia geniale natura sta cercando ancora di decifrare il tiramisù proposto:
4 savoiardi non inzuppati e secchi, panna quasi acida e cacao amaro in polvere:

14/04/2025: Pessima esperienza, servizio "no comment". Nessun menù, nessun prezzo comunicato. Uno di noi ha chiesto un calice di vino, gli è stato servito senza nemmeno dire di che vino si trattasse. Abbiamo accettato il misto di antipasti, co sono stati serviti senza nemmeno dirci cosa fossero (ok che alcuni si capivano), di cui uno piccantissimo, almeno dirlo...Mi spiace dare una recensione negativa, basta vedere le altre che ho lasciato per capire...cibo mediocre, tagliata servita con insalata già condita salatissima. Forse dovevamo presagire qualcosa..sabato sera nel ristorante oltre al nostro tavolo da tre c'era solo un altro tavolo da quattro e non è entrato più nessuno.
29/03/2025: Mi dispiace ma esperienza assolutamente negativa
Ordinato 2 piatti di matriciana è arrivata una Sperlonga da dividere in 2 avvelenata di peperoncino immangiabile.
La carne ordinata cottura media...il piatto pieno di sangue...

30/05/2024: Este es nuestro restaurante favorito en Umbría. Es de propiedad familiar, excelente comida y servicio. Preparan la parrilla frente a la vista.
Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.
