Masterfully cooked by Valerio and his team.
The menu is truly Michelin-star quality. Super fresh ingredients, some of which are home-grown.
This restaurant is THE insider tip in Tuscany.
I cook well myself, but Valerio (the chef), you are my absolute hero 🦸♂️ another unforgettable dinner.

15/10/2025: This seemingly uninspiring place actually boasts excellent service and ingredients. The food is truly exquisitely prepared. The linguine with fresh anchovies and fried fish are truly delicious. The wine list is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.
08/10/2025: We're back, yes, we're back because the food here is truly good... Fish. What can I say? Try it and then we'll talk again. I won't go into detail. Everything is good, in fact, excellent. Excellent service, reasonable prices for the quality of the cooking and service. The location isn't on the sea, but the smell of the salt, the breeze... Especially from your seafood menu... And if a Pisan tells you so... Believe it!

06/09/2025: We stayed for two weeks at this enchanting Agriturismo. We were accompanied by our one-month-old granddaughter, her parents, and their beautiful dog. It was a wonderful place, so peaceful, with excellent food and an exceptional cook. Mrs. Monica, Jole, Manuel (I hope I didn't get the name wrong), Pietro, Marco, and all the staff are truly exceptional. And then there's Francesca, who is truly unique. A wonderful person, helpful, and very professional. What can I say? They made us feel at home. I recommend it 100%! Thank you so much, Francesca, and all the staff.

26/10/2025: At Michele's restaurant, everything is in its place, and even my dog, who arrived unannounced, found a friendly place.
I had a mouth-watering fried juvenile fish platter, followed by a homemade taglierini pasta with amberjack and bottarga. The stuffed zucchini flowers and the grouper steak were also beautiful.
A chestnut flan with goat's ricotta mousse rounded out the evening.
The price is in line with the food and service. Would you want to spend 50-60 for a dinner like this if a pizzeria costs at least 25?
Highly recommended.
21/09/2025: Impeccable service, clean atmosphere, and consistently top-notch food and wine list.
From appetizers to dessert, this place never disappoints.
I should add that we have a celiac in my family, but they are attentive and knowledgeable both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
Highly recommended!

Agriturismo Le Biricoccole

13/10/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse for a few days. It's located on the road but is surrounded by nature in a park that makes everything very quiet and pleasant. The welcome was positive. We had a mix-up due to a broken hairdryer in the room, but it was replaced fairly quickly. The breakfast was basic, nothing special, more home-made than farmhouse-style. The only downsides were a little lack of cleanliness in the rooms (the corners, even in the bathroom, are visible) and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Perhaps a topper would make sleeping more pleasant. Otherwise, recommended if you don't have too many expectations.
20/09/2025: A lovely agriturismo with excellent value for money. Unfortunately, the Aurelia state road in front and the railway behind don't help with a good night's sleep. On the plus side, there's a wonderful park with a swimming pool, olive grove, and pine forest, which are priceless, especially if you have a dog. We fell in love with "Nello," the donkey.

28/08/2025: I was with some friends, and we all raved about the dishes they served. I had FABULOUS spaghetti with clams, and a pistachio dessert that was equally delicious. We'll be back from Pisa.

12/07/2025: Llevo viniendo al Caffe Ginori cada verano desde hace una década. Tienen el mejor cornetto alla crema, frate (donas Italiano ), espresso y schiacchiatine (sándwiches) de la zona. ¿Estoy desconcertado por las malas críticas? También el almuerzo y la cena son maravillosos. Tanto las opciones de mariscos como las de carne siempre han sido excelentes. Vivo en Berkeley, California y espero visitarla cada verano con nuestra familia. Caffe Ginori es sinceramente uno de los lugares más destacados.

The place doesn't have a sea view, but it's right on the sea, away from the crowds and noise. You don't see the sun set, but the moon rise.
The pizza and schiacciatine are excellent, because the pizza chef has, I'd say, thirty years of experience!!!
The owners are kind and professional, and the waitress is attentive and friendly.

16/07/2025: I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I feel that everyone should know where they are going and not be misled by the good reviews of others. We came with family during lunch to eat together — there were five of us. However, apart from sandwiches, we couldn’t order anything else.
We asked to make us mojitos: two with alcohol and two without. The mojitos had spoiled mint and stale lemon. The drink tasted disappointing and was unpleasant. We addressed the bartender with this problem, but received only negative phrases in response. In addition, the service was disgusting: the women were unfriendly and rude. I do not recommend this cafe.
