01/10/2024: Of all the beach places in San Vito, this is one that works very hard and offers low quality/price. The quality is good and wide ranging from croissants, ravazzate, coffee, salad caps, arancina etc. The owners are approachable, quick and friendly. The only ones in San Vito where we found the town dirty and very touristy with the rudeness of the other managers.

10/11/2024: Here is a review for L'Oasi di Paolo: I had an unforgettable stay at L'Oasi di Paolo in Sicily, and I couldn't recommend this accommodation enough! It is an enchanting place, family-run, where every detail is taken care of with love and attention. The staff is uniquely kind: always available and ready to make guests feel at home. We had chosen half board, and I can say that it was a perfect choice. Each meal was a true culinary experience, with dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The cuisine is authentically Sicilian, and each course left us speechless. You can see the passion with which each dish is prepared: divine flavors and generous portions that reflect the typical hospitality of the region. Paolo's Oasis is truly a small paradise, where you can relax and enjoy the real Sicily. We can't wait to return!

10/11/2024: This is the worst place ever… The pizza is drenched in oil; it looks and tastes like a frozen pizza. The carbonara is the driest pasta I have ever eaten, with no carbonara taste at all. The orange juice is full of ice and water, with no orange flavor and no sweetness… The pizza dough tastes like it’s several days old. We were forcing ourselves to eat it only because we were so hungry… and they automatically included a service fee, even though we didn’t want to tip at all. I have never eaten somewhere this bad before… We traveled three hours just to eat the worst food ever….

12/10/2024: Tuvimos una experiencia decepcionante en A Lampara. Varios platos y vinos enumerados en el menú no estaban disponibles, lo que limitó nuestras opciones desde el principio. El servicio fue golpeado o fallado — mientras que el caballero mayor fue educado, un miembro del personal fue grosero, incluso arrojando los platos sobre la mesa. 12/03/2025: We were looking for takeaway pizza late in the evening and found this Pizzeria. Friendly owner and a good pizza baked in a woodburning stove. Fair price and opens even late ours off-season. We came back and tried different pizzas during our stay in San Vito lo Capo. Everything was fine! Thank you from "due pizze da asporto per favore". 12/02/2025: Pizza like an aunt who has no idea what she's doing. The lowest quality products. We chose two, the divine Jola and the capricciosa. In my case, cheap cold cuts and sausages, but what my wife got was a disaster. On the pizza there were tiny minced meat sausages that smelled so bad that even an old, hungry dog ​​wouldn't touch them. They look OK in the photos, but believe me, the taste was crap. We do not recommend this cheap carnage. I managed to eat half of mine, but my wife's pizza went to the trash. The pizza man could only say sorry after we forced him to smell his pizza-like product. Give a wide berth.
