22/12/2024: Very very positive experience, we were a guest for a wedding, extremely kind waiters and staff, attentive to every little thing, courteous and polite, delicious food and wine, beautiful location, truly recommended.

12/12/2024: We had dinner on Friday at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Marsala.
The service and hospitality proved to be perfect from every point of view. Attentive to the customer's needs, quick and without ever being intrusive.
The chef worked the excellent raw materials with intelligence and skill.
We had some delicious appetizers. Among these, the "Tale e Qualeddro" arancina which in terms of size has nothing to envy of those of street food.
The unattainable taste leaves you positively amazed.
As well as the fish meatballs combined with a pea cream.
The first one was excellent, the thimbles with "greased" cod and the second "l'otre" squid.
The chocolate semifreddo is artisanal and equally good.
I have the feeling that the chef is destined to grow a lot in the consideration of the various guides to Italian restaurants.
Very honest bill: 30 euros per person
Only one regret: we didn't have cash with us - we paid by card - and we weren't able to leave the tip to the wait staff that the super deserved.
To return and return and return....

06/12/2024: È stata un’esperienza favolosa.
Partendo dal lato estetico il ristorante si trova un pò in altezza rispetto al livello del mare e ciò permette di godere di una vista mozzafiato sulle isole Egadi e di un tramonto ineguagliabile.
La cucina è siciliana ma non banale: la ricerca del “qualcosa in più” in ogni piatto fa capire l’impegno e la ricerca che c’è dietro da parte dello chef. Le materie prime sono a “metro zero”: infatti il locale custodisce ben preziosamente un orto curato da Salvatore (una visita è quasi d’obbligo!). Il personale è competente e a disposizione della clientela per ogni necessità.
Unica nota negativa: essere andati via!

29/11/2024: La sera di sabato 23 novembre io e la mia compagna siamo andati in questo locale, la serata è stata caratterizzata da una situazione climatica antipatica (freddo, vento) il locale in questione, dove abbiamo cenato io e la mia compagna, ha in dotazione una stufa a fungo che per fortuna o per sfortuna possiede le ruote in modo che si possa trasportare da un punto all’altro del locala e quindi se la porti lontano dal tavolo in cui sei seduto non riscalda e ti fa sentire freddo, se la porti vicino da’ fastidio per il troppo calore, stufa che poi stranamente non è stato possibile regolare di temperatura. Spostata continuamente da un cameriere (che era in serata NO) insopportabile, forse perché veniva chiamato spesso e quindi parecchio urtato.
Il locale in questione ha proposto il menu’ Spacca -stagnone, nel quale viene pubblicato e decantato un menu’ pizza a scelta al costo di 10 € a persona ma che forse ha dimenticato di aggiungere il costo del coperto e delle bibite a parte, io credo che sarebbe giusto dire la pizza viene x, il coperto e le bibite viene y, per cui il totale a persona viene non sicuramente 10€ ma di più.
Risultato finale della serata: infelici e non divertiti.
