02/11/2025: Service! Service was invented here! The room perfectly matches the location—not overly luxurious, but everything is there and impeccably maintained. The location? The location is truly breathtaking. For lovers of fine wines, refined breakfasts, culinary dinners, and a pool with a view: this is a place to return to. I can't wait to go back. "Two photos don't say enough... it's even more beautiful in person. Judge for yourself!"

30/10/2025: Staff: Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room: Spacious, comfortable, nice amenities. There was a bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. Restaurant: Breakfast was great, lots of choice and it's all high quality. The wasps swarming the breakfast area was the only negative but that can't really be helped. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening, just to try it out. I had the worst steak I've ever had here, truly terrible. Prices are insanely high too Bar: We avoided the bar entirely due to the ridiculous prices. We went to the wine tasting one evening because we thought it would be something special to do in the hotel, it cost €50 per person which is crazy given the cost in other local wineries. Location: you will need a car to get everywhere, it's very remote. All in all, I was happy enough with the hotel as a place to sleep and have breakfast. I wouldn't return because it's very limiting being so remote, especially when the hotel is charging 3-4x the prices of anywhere else for food/drinks.

15/03/2026: I visited this trattoria for the first time about six years ago and have been back several times since. It's one of those places where, when you love someone, you just want to say, "I have to take you there." A local recommended the trattoria, and since then I've always booked through TheFork, even when there weren't any special discounts. After returning several times, I even chose to celebrate my birthday here, precisely because it's a place I enjoy sharing with loved ones. The food is worth it: the busiate are fresh, and the first courses are generally really good. I also booked because the reviews mentioned gluten-free pasta. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the only gluten-free option available was spaghetti. It's a shame, because being in the Trapani area—where busiate are a true specialty—it would be a wonderful treat for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance to be able to find them in a gluten-free version. We shared an appetizer and then had three different first courses and three different desserts, all very good. The service is handled by practically just one woman in the dining room, so you might have to wait a bit, but she was always kind and apologized several times for the delays. Another small complaint concerns the view: unfortunately, construction going on nearby is ruining the view a bit. It's hard to understand how anyone could even consider building right in front of such a place, risking ruining the landscape. That said, the food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are fair: I treated my friends to lunch, and it wasn't expensive at all. I'll definitely be back again.

23/03/2026: Terrible experience. We called at 7:30 PM to have dinner for five adults and two infants, and that we needed two high chairs. We were told yes, but we had to leave the table at nine. That was fine by us. We arrived on time and were put under incredible pressure to finish dinner as quickly as possible, but of course there were no high chairs! The owner stared at us with a terrible, funeral-like face, and her husband constantly scolded the waiters, who were actually very polite. The pizza was good, though! We never felt comfortable, always stared at by the lady with a terrible face. We finished dinner at 8:30 PM, half an hour before the maximum time, and the owner was so insistent and quick that he sprayed disinfectant on the coat of a woman sitting with us. We practically ran away, never feeling comfortable, always staring at each other in an awkward way. At a certain age, stay home because your job as a host is to welcome people, not scare them away. Sometimes retirement is a good thing.
