Inside the building, there's an original 13th-century well with drinkable spring water.
15/12/2025: We arrived in Petralia Sottana at the Il Castello hotel and restaurant.
The hotel: welcoming, clean, and a special mention to Mrs. Flavia for her kindness and hospitality.
The restaurant offers traditional cuisine based on top-quality ingredients from their Masseria Sant'Elia.
A must-see, I recommend it to everyone.

17/11/2025: I was delighted to try the famous "Sfoglio" in its classic version: simply wonderful. Perfectly blended, soft pastry, and a delicious interior. One of my favorite desserts, impeccably prepared by this pastry shop.
16/09/2025: I spent a month wandering around Sicily and dedicated myself (at the risk of giving myself diabetes 🤣) to finding the best cannolo. For me, this one was the best 🙌
