31/08/2025: Beautiful location, excellent and plentiful food, fabulous pizzeria. The lady at the cash register was very nice and welcoming. She even offered us a complimentary liqueur. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
22/08/2025: Before booking, I read the reviews and, without hesitation, booked a table for my family (4 people).
The atmosphere was nice until the next table arrived with noisy children... but, after asking for a change of table, I was immediately given one.
The staff was friendly but not attentive. An even more disappointing note was the food.
We ordered three pizzas and a pasta dish. It arrived 20 minutes early... and we ate it frozen.
You should know that the pasta should be topped a few minutes before the pizza comes out... never mind.
The pizzas finally arrived, mine was wrong, so I waited a bit longer... inedible.
A simple Margherita: raw dough, burnt toppings, so thin and dry I couldn't cut it;
My husband's Cacio e Pepe: the same.
Pleasant flavor, but raw dough.
Too bad, I definitely won't be returning.

12/06/2025: Good pizza.Friendly service.The restaurant was recommended to us,over several others in the town,and it proved to be right.We arrived as they opened and got a table straight away. Book in advance if you plan to go at peak times

09/05/2025: Posto molto accogliente, proprietari simpatici e gentili, ben posizionato in centro nella bellissima Nicolosi, porta dell’Etna. Abbiamo iniziato con una zuppa di fave fresche, finocchietto selvatico e ricotta salata, accompagnata da crostini di pane! Una delizia per il palato, abbiamo ritrovato sapori e profumi di una volta! Abbiamo poi continuato con una carrellata di delizie (polpettine di verdure di campo, di ricotta, di patate, melanzane, carciofi, cavolfiore affogato, …) . Potevamo infine rinunciare al dolce? Questa sera assaggi di due torte magnifiche e profitterol , il tutto annaffiato da due liquorini (ciliegia e carrube). Ovviamente buon vino locale per accompagnare il cibo! Una serata magnifica, da ripetere!!! Lo raccomando a chi vuole rigustare i sapori buoni e genuini di una volta.

Cambiate lavoro e non fate quello che non è cosa vostra.
