03/01/2025: Fantastic experience, absolute tranquility, as they say, unplug and isolate yourself from the world! Homemade dishes but of the highest quality, Mr. Salvo, with his kindness and availability, gave us a "hug" every day, making us feel at home. An infinite thank you to all the staff and the chef who delighted our palates. I highly recommend it.

06/01/2025: Avevamo prenotato un tavolo con due giorni di anticipo, ma quando siamo arrivati il tavolo non era pronto. Ci è stato assegnato un tavolino da bar accanto alla cassa, all'ingresso, esponendoci al freddo ogni volta che qualcuno apriva la porta. Inoltre, la posizione non garantiva alcuna privacy. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile spostarci in un'altra area, ma la risposta è stata negativa e data in modo molto scortese. Anche quando abbiamo detto che eravamo disposti a aspettare, ci è stato detto che il tavolo era quello e, se non ci fosse piaciuto, avremmo potuto andarcene.
Il comportamento del titolare è stato inaccettabile e, se possibile, ancor più scortese della cameriera, che nemmeno ci guardava in faccia mentre parlavamo. Alla fine, abbiamo deciso di non voler più mangiare lì. Quando ci siamo diretti verso l'uscita e abbiamo cercato un confronto per chiarire la situazione, il titolare ha reagito in modo poco professionale, sbattendoci la porta in faccia e alzando la voce.
Un’esperienza che ci ha profondamente deluso, sia per la mancanza di accoglienza che per la totale assenza di educazione e rispetto verso i clienti. Non torneremo e non lo consigliamo.
06/01/2025: A perfect lunch. The ambience is professional but low key. Service is polite and efficient but restrained. They had some local dishes on the menu so I felt I should go with those. A textured “macca” soup of fava beans to start, followed by pork sausages with a delicious, slightly sour cabbage. They comped me some items and the three course meal with half a bottle of wine came to 60 euros. This might be the best restaurant in Linguaglossa. Don’t miss it !

06/02/2025: A theft not to have lunch but to pay! Ridiculous house appetizer, a first course of pasta with tomato sauce and two grilled dishes (child size) 88 euros
03/02/2025: Mini portions with very high prices.
15 euros for a small plate of pasta with meat sauce is shameful so imagine the other courses.

12/09/2024: A wonderful evening. I am used to calibrating my expectations according to the place where I am and I must say that the level of the dishes offered is excellent.
Everything is prepared with love, obsessively. The gourmet menus are a culinary experience, it is not a simple dinner, but much more.
The carob tagliatelle and the roast rabbit really impressed me. The proposed wine, a home-produced rosé, a Neri Etna Rosato, from Nerello Mascalese with light hints of red fruits, pleasant acidity, accompanied the evening well.
The service however, I am very sorry to say, was not always at the level of the dishes offered, nothing dramatic would be missing, but some things must be said.
In my opinion there are three discordant notes; the gourmet menu includes the classic mini welcome aperitif, it would be absolutely welcome and thoughtful to also serve a very simple prosecco with this course. If you don't want to do it, you're welcome, don't leave me with the plate under my nose for 10 minutes waiting for the wine I ordered, it's not pleasant.
The exquisite small pastry served at the end should also be accompanied by liqueur, a bitter, a coffee... even here, if you don't want to offer it, at least come and ask if I would like it.
Of an experience people always remember how it began and how it ended, the central parts fade into memory.
Having said this, I would recommend it and will certainly return.

11/08/2024: Una serata da sogno, più che una cena è un’esperienza sensoriale immersi nel silenzio e abbracciati dallo splendido scenario del territorio dell’Etna. Personale impeccabile e grande attenzione a non far mancare nulla alle mie figlie di 5 e 8 anni. Tantissimi assaggi offerti dallo chef, vere e proprie coccole. Consigliatissimo
