The service was impeccable and very friendly, the food truly delicious, and the value was excellent.
The atmosphere is also refined and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal.

The cuisine is excellent, with dishes perfect in both taste and presentation. Every detail, from the service time to the quality of the ingredients, reflects extraordinary care. 20/08/2025: Excellent food, super friendly waiters, and fast service. We had a great time.
I recommend the mixed antipasto.
The ravioli and seafood pasta are the first courses. Compliments to the chef.
19/08/2025: The house specialty is an absolute must-try.
Both for its preparation and quality.
The staff is very young, but
all very helpful and knowledgeable.
We'll definitely be back.

28/07/2025: Mi sono trovato in occasione della festa di San Francesco Saverio e suoni DIVini a cenare presso questo ristorante. Devo dire di essermi trovato molto bene soprattutto la carne visto che è anche macelleris. Ottimi i primi e i secondi di carne, accompagnati da un buon vino rosso.
23/07/2025: Posto carino, con tavoli all' aperto direttamente sul corso principale di Specchia. Personale gentile, servizio veloce. Il prezzo è alto rispetto alle portate. La qualità del cibo è nella media.

07/09/2025: I must have been unlucky, but I didn't find all the excellence of this place. Fried Salento dishes were tasteless and soaked in oil, the house wine was warm, the spaghetti with almost seafood was unpresentable, floating in a green broth (I would have sent them back, but my husband didn't want it), the fresh pasta with passable sheep's milk sauce was overcooked. The heat was stifling; what can I say? It's been a while since I've had such a bad experience.
06/09/2025: In a historic village, a highly respected restaurant. High quality and local specialties. Spacious dining room with a terrace overlooking the valley. Prices match the quality.

Delicious fava bean and chicory puree accompanied by crostini and slices of rosemary focaccia
Our son had a very fresh and generous seafood salad
Then the delicious Salento-style sea bass and a sesame-flavored tuna steak
The outdoor setting was perfect for a late summer evening
Well done!

12/06/2025: Ci sono stata domenica sera in questa braceria, io non sono molto di carne, ma credetemi la carne che fanno loro tra l’altro di loro produzione, é veramente qualcosa di entusiasmante, buona é dir poco.
Personale carinissimo, gentili e sempre disponibili, patate al forno fatte a mano, per non parlare del caffè fatto alla moka (migliore non ci può essere).
Ambiente accogliente peccato non aver potuto mangiare fuori ma giustamente c’era un po’ di vento.
Qualità prezzo ottimo credevo di pagare di più e invece per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini) abbiamo pagato 89€ un prezzo veramente accessibile mangiando veramente bene .
Ora so dove andare a mangiare un po’ di carne buona ☺️
22/04/2025: Seguendo il consiglio di amici abbiamo provato questo posto sito un po fuori il paese circondato dalla campagna ha un aperto spazio esterno dove d'estate si griglia e si può cenare sotto le stelle. La sala interna non è grandissima ma è accogliente . Il menù può soddisfare la maggiorparte dei clienti penso. Abbiamo provato diverse grigliate , carpacci e verdure grigliate , tutta la carne era cotta bene non stopposa, umida il giusto e saporita . Molto gradevole anche il carpaccio condito e molto molto buone le patate al forno prese per contorno. Adeguati i prezzi . Consigliato per una cena tra amici o in famiglia . Da riprovare !
