02/03/2026: I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service.
The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail.
The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional.
The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur.
A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!

31/01/2026: Don't expect dishes with special effects, because we are talking about typical cuisine from the Bari area, simple dishes such as orecchiette with ragù, braciole, favetta and chicory etc etc, dishes that represent the warmth and traditions of our area, but prepared with taste, truly excellent, staff with obsessive politeness and always smiling, rustic place very down to earth, already from the entrance you understand that here they get straight to the point

19/10/2025: If you love pizza with thin, crispy, and above all light crust, you've come to the right place. They offer a wide variety of choices, and the ingredients are excellent. The service is quick; even if you order an appetizer, they don't crowd you out by three or four tables like others do. The timing is perfect, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, as is the owner, who, in addition to being a pizza chef, is also very personable. Highly recommended.

Ci siamo sposati 11/06/25 e a pochi giorni dal nostro matrimonio ci sembrava doveroso poter ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno reso indimenticabile il nostro giorno.
Partiamo dalla location spettacolare,ambiente raffinato ed elegante ,curato nei minimi dettagli,qualità del cibo non ottima di più.
Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore GIUSEPPE RENDA che con la sua professionalità gentilezza ed empatia è riuscito a coordinare il tutto in maniera impeccabile ,garantendo per noi e per i nostri ospiti il meglio.
Un ringraziamento speciale anche a SERENA(Hostess) mi ha seguita passo dopo passo dedicandomi tutta la sua attenzione.
Che dire ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati.
Abbiamo avuto tantissimi complimenti da tutti gli ospiti e questo ci rende ancora più felici.
Grazie di vero cuore a Villa Ciardi é a tutto il suo staff siete stati davvero fantastici.

03/01/2025: Straconsigliatissimo! Questo locale ci ha davvero colpiti: l'accoglienza è stata davvero strepitosa, tanto da sembrarci di essere a cena in famiglia, ma soprattutto le portate sono state una migliore dell'altra! Il polpo alla Luciana è irrinunciabile, gli spaghetti alla Giovanello deliziosi e la braciola di cavallo perfetta! Tutto questo preparato anche senza glutine, perché io sono celiaca. Un'altra chicca, che non ho provato perchè troppo sazia ma apprezzati da tutto il gruppo, sono gli sporcamuso, ma lascio a voi il piacere di scoprire di cosa si tratta: fatevelo raccontare da Camilla e Marco, degli ottimi "padroni di casa".
14/12/2024: Cena con colleghi, accoglienza fantastica!Ottima cucina tradizionale con piatti molto buoni, nel ristorante ci si sente a casa. I prezzi sono nella norma, ci tornerò sicuramente!
