12/05/2026: I discovered this splendid venue for a First Communion. The location is breathtaking, with its manicured greenery surrounding it and the enchanting atmosphere. It features several rooms with glass windows overlooking the fountain, whose water features add a touch of charm. The food is excellent, beautifully plated and served by the staff, always attentive to the guests' needs. The owners' friendliness and professionalism, consolidated by years of experience, are another highlight of this splendid venue. We were fortunate to be in the room hosted by a charismatic professional—Riccardo De Luca—who, with his simply amazing voice from the first notes, his comic performances, and his empathy, accompanied us throughout the day, demonstrating great artistic versatility and a natural ability to entertain the audience. *Arcade* certainly remains a go-to place for celebrating any occasion that requires a touch of class and a distinctive touch.

01/05/2026: I made a reservation for lunch today, May 1st (I think after speaking to the owner), and the place was closed!! Fantastic...everything delicious!!

18/04/2026: ⭐ 1 star (too much) A terrible experience in every way. We waited an hour and a half to be served, with the excuse that "pizzas come out in order of arrival." It's a shame that three tables who arrived after us were served first, without any logical explanation. When we asked for clarification, we were told there had been "an error." It can happen, of course. The problem is that, even after reporting the situation, they continued to serve other tables before us, as if nothing had happened. It's not just a matter of waiting, but of disrespect and mockery. If you make a mistake, you fix it immediately. You don't ignore the customer. Disorganized service, superficial communication, and a total lack of attention to those who have been sitting at the table for over 90 minutes. We won't return and I don't recommend it. Extremely negative experience
