15/12/2024: If you come across a fast food restaurant or any porchettaro, go ahead, you will certainly be treated in a more polite and professional manner than the Patriarca where unfortunately, even if the food is of a reasonable standard, you have to deal with an owner who seems to show the movements and smiles of a chef starred but in reality often shows rudeness, arrogance and haughtiness in all sincerity never seen before... Mr. Emanuele Natalizio, your 35 years in the restaurant business absolutely do not give you the right to rant against customers or throwing plates on the tables with children within reach... I'm sorry but a bad, very bad, bad image of Bitonto and of a historic center that certainly deserves a completely different caliber of restaurateurs.

01/11/2024: Nice place, furnished with taste and simplicity Precise, attentive service. The chef takes care of the tables and also recommends the dishes. The raw materials are excellent. The dishes are good, the presentation is also pleasant. The white wine list is limited and almost entirely local. There was a wider choice of Rossi, which I didn't take into consideration. The price is a bit high considering the place, even if you can see and feel the quality while eating. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.
