On the contrary, I will present you the handshake addressed to the owner of the Cusiné Royal in Bardonecchia. This simple but significant action contains the essence of the experience I lived. It highlights the extraordinary quality of the dishes prepared by an excellent chef, having had the pleasure of tasting three different creations. You can perceive the authentic taste of pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, made by a highly qualified pizza chef. Furthermore, one cannot overlook the warm smile of the dining room staff and the incredible goodness of their desserts, which leave an indelible mark. That handshake represents sincere compliments for all the Cusiné staff. To evaluate a place it is essential to be able to carefully distinguish between objective and subjective elements. This is a fine line on which Local Guides can often stumble, risking influencing the customer with their personal preferences. However, in this place, such a mistake cannot be made because, objectively, everything is impeccable. Advised? Absolutely, a thousand times.

Disappointing service: the manager of the room is not able to manage more than 2 people under him and 5 tables, in fact he shouts at customers and waiters and forces the latter to act like vultures and snatch the plates away from those who are still chewing to "send them away" (exact words)
