09/10/2025: A truly positive experience in the heart of Savigliano, just steps from the Milanollo Theater. In this welcoming restaurant, we were pampered from the moment we arrived by the attentive and kind owner, who guided us through the selection of dishes and wine with great passion.
We shared six dishes between the two of us, all carefully crafted and beautifully presented: the delicate and flavorful Fassona steak tartare; the intense and enveloping chopped livers with focaccia and red onion; the perfectly balanced selection of cheeses; the tajarin pasta with snails, hazelnuts, and parsley; and the excellent game lasagna, rich and well-made. We finished on a sweet note with a tiramisu... truly delicious, as the menu promises!
All accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese red Barbere Superiore, expertly recommended and paired impeccably.
We'll definitely be back; a place to treasure! Thank you for this dinner ❤️
27/09/2025: It's located in Savigliano, a very pretty town. The tavern is very welcoming, the service excellent, and the food good too. I definitely recommend it, although the prices are a little high.

I went during the week and the service was a bit slow due to the lack of staff. I'll have to try it on the weekend...

29/09/2025: We went for dinner on a Saturday. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the entire staff is very polite and professional, but without the kind of sophistication that could almost become annoying. The young waitress lacks a bit of experience and might snatch your plates (and leftovers) right from under your nose without asking for approval, but she's smiling and polite, and you can forgive her for it. The savory snacks, appetizers, peach gelato samples, and the house-made pastries were appreciated. The dishes are generally well-prepared and made with carefully selected ingredients. It's a shame about the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, which lacks both flavor and aroma... I was a bit disappointed, to be honest. The meat and vegetables are excellent. Prices are moderately high, but considering the attention to detail mentioned above, they're manageable.

10/10/2025: I believe this is the best pizzeria restaurant in Savigliano and the surrounding area. Super fresh food, excellent dishes, and incredibly friendly staff. The owner is a wonderful person, always extremely friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction (I even overheard from nearby tables...). Highly recommended, this is a traditional place! Thank you, Mario, for your passion in making everyone feel at home.

06/04/2025: Eravamo in 4 e su 4 pizze ne sono state sbagliate 3, attesa molto lunga della prima pizza, poi altra attesa lunghissima per avere la pizza giusta, pur avendo il locale semi vuoto, al momento di pagare attesa di 10 minuti perché alla cassa non c'era nessuno, una volta arrivata la cassiera, non si è nemmeno scusata per l'attesa.
15/03/2025: Sono stato a Savigliano per lavoro e dei colleghi mi hanno fatto conoscere questo ristorante.
Ottimo pranzo e personale molto gentile e professionale

Gli ingredienti sono di qualità elevata. Non viene usata la solita mozzarella a pasta filata come fanno tante pizzerie. i salumi vengono prodotti quasi tutti da Andrea (il titolare).

30/12/2023: La migliore pizza per noi!! Personale gentile e prezzi onesti, locale semplice ma pulito e ordinato.
15/11/2023: La pizza è discreta, ne abbiamo apprezzato la digeribilità.
Ciò che sconta il locale sono alcune scelte fastidiose e, ahimè, ormai ricorrenti:
1) numero di coperti: esagerato. La piccola sala è letteralmente riempita di tavoli e sedie, ne risulta un clima caotico condito con musica di cui si percepiscono solamente i toni bassi, e che quindi sarebbe meglio eliminare del tutto per non accrescere il baccano;
2) take away: nemmeno questo locale è esente dal malcostume di accettare prenotazioni per i tavoli e contemporaneamente non mostrare la capacità di rifiutare ordini di pizze da asporto, alle quali viene data la priorità. Una forma nemmeno troppo celata di scarso rispetto del cliente prima ancora che di cattiva organizzazione;
3) costi: 2 euro a coperto e 2,50 per 0,75 cl di acqua portano l'esborso minimo da aggiungere ad una pizza margherita a ben 4,50 euro. Non poco.
Ciò detto, a fronte di regolare prenotazione, abbiamo atteso tre pizze la bellezza di 55 minuti, durante i quali uno dei ragazzi della cucina si è intrattenuto amorevolmente e ripetutamente con alcuni clienti brindando con loro.
Al momento di pagare, alla domanda "tutto bene?", ovvia la risposta "si se non fosse per l'ora di attesa".
Precisazione alla quale sarebbe stata gradita l'offerta di un caffè o almeno delle sentite scuse, o la rassicurazione che qualcosa è andato storto.
Invece ci è stato detto senza giri di parole "il sabato qui è così".
Ovvia la conclusione di non tornare più.
