The Carbonara is a must, as is the grilled meat. The Hot Spaghetti is also a surprise worth trying.
17/02/2026: Generous portions, excellent carbonara. Service is almost always impeccable, although sometimes the crowds can confuse some of the young people present. No worries, I'll be back.

18/01/2026: First time at La Gioconda: excellent location, atmosphere, and decor. Discreet, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The tagliatelle and tagliata were also excellent.
If I had to make one complaint: the bathroom door (which was otherwise spotless) didn't lock from the inside. Maybe they fixed it today, but yesterday it was quite annoying for our whole group.

27/04/2025: Grazie alla manifestazione “DISTINTI SALUMI”, organizzata da Slow Food Italia con la collaborazione del Comune di Cagli (PU) e di Slow Food Marche abbiamo scoperto questa Gastrosteria in pieno centro storico. Il Fontes propone prodotti di altissima qualità. I salumi di loro produzione sono eccellenti! Complimenti a Valerio Ferri, Norcino è proprietario di questo spettacolare esercizio commerciale. Rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo. Noi lo consigliamo.
05/04/2025: Scoperta occasionale. Locale molto accogliente grazie al titolare assai cortese e affabile e all'arredamento confortevole. Menù poco pretenzioso con piatti classici locali ben realizzati. Dolce finale al mascarpone e amarene squisito. Prezzo giusto.
