12/02/2026: The excuse was to try one of the places we saw on the TV show "4 Restaurants," and I must admit, it couldn't have been a better choice. Of course, we're talking about meat-based dishes, and you can tell from the host's first words that there's a love and passion for the product that drives his pursuit of excellence. Explanations of the dishes not only on how to prepare them, but also tips on how to cut and eat them. Congratulations, and definitely a place worth trying. Prices are in line with what's served.

15/01/2026: I want to say that I haven't had the pleasure of trying yours, but in one of the best episodes of four restaurants I've seen, all four of you would have deserved a first place tie. Well done!
