Regarding the food, I can only confirm all the positive things that have already been written: quality, flavor, and tradition come together in every dish, making the experience always memorable. But what makes this place truly special goes beyond the kitchen, which is managed by Angelica with the professionalism and passion of a Michelin-starred chef. My heartfelt thanks to Antonio and Andrea, who, with their courtesy and calm, manage to convey a rare sense of serenity. You don't come to this restaurant just to eat well, but to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility that regenerates the spirit. A place that, if I could, I would recommend as therapy to anyone.
