22/03/2025: The food is good, modernized Sardinian cuisine, from land and sea. In the dining room the histrionic owner always has a word for everyone, a welcome glass and a smile.
PS: the bill is correctly commensurate with the stars.
22/03/2025: Torno alla cascina dopo un po’ di anni e ritrovo quello che avevo già apprezzato.
Ambiente ampio, tavoli distanziati, elegante mise en place.
La cucina di ispirazione sarda offre ottimi piatti che a gusto rimandano all’uso di un ottima materia prima.
Il prezzo giusto se rapportato al servizio (ottimo) e qualità dei piatti.
Accogliente il proprietario un moderno oste 2.0.

30/03/2025: Bad manners from the moment we arrived. One of the waiters who escorted us to our table wanted us to leave from the moment we first arrived. We ordered two carbonaras, the ones with raw egg yolk. I've never eaten carbonaras that disgusting. Neither my son nor I could eat them. We witnessed the rudeness of another waitress who threw the pizza plate at a customer, who got very upset and complained about her behavior. I don't recommend eating there. The worst experience of my life.
21/03/2025: Business lunch. Service quite fast and precise, pizza good and digestible. Prices in line with other places.

26/09/2024: Ci ho pensato una settimana prima di scrivere, perché non mi piace denigrare il lavoro altrui, ma in questo ristorante mi sono sentita presa in giro: ho ordinato un calice di prosecco, a precisa richiesta della zona di provenienza, rispondeva “Veneto” (ma dai!!), quando l’ho assaggiato ho detto subito alla mia commensale, che, il vino era buono, ma non un prosecco, difatti al momento del pagamento mi hanno addebitato un Gewürztraminer!
