21/07/2024: Had the displeasure of being served by this short Small indian/brown man that works there (didn’t care to ask for his name) supposedly he’s the manager???? upon arrival we were sat quickly but after sitting down and asking for water, we notice he is slamming glasses on the table and starts walking off cursing in italian under his breath like we did something to aggravate him. We only ordered two beers and a burger at this point, every time he would come to our table he would slam it down on the table and walk away saying god knows what in italian under his breath. The moment i told him i was done with my food, he swiftly takes the plate and utensils from in front of me without even giving me a chance to use my napkin. Upon further observing how he treats other tables, he is much more delicate and caring with the locals of the city sitting down for full service dinner and drinks, where as with us and another table traveling from mexico, he is rushing each of the guest to order and consume, all while maintaining a terrible attitude. Being a hospitality professional from the United states, we would never treat guest like this especially when they are supporting the success of any restaurant and its employees. The guy needs a reality check or perhaps should become a dishwasher where there is no chance he could taint the experience for any unsuspecting guest. Beer was cold at least everyone else in the staff seemed kind burger was a 4/10 (bun didn’t stay intact) After that experience we went to the chinese restaurant across the plaza and one of the waiters there confirmed that the short brown gentleman that was serving us treats foreigners poorly while also confirming that he is the manager of this establishment. Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. Being an D-bag doesn’t make your shift go by any faster.

22/05/2024: Ristorante ben curato , bella accoglienza da personale gentile , disponibile e ben preparato , cucina ottima anzi direi eccellente con portate anche belle abbondanti, consiglio a tutti di cenare ,e anche di fare colazione in questo ristorante ,e soprattutto di farvi consigliare dal personale anche sulla scelta dei vini , seconda esperienza e di certo non sarà l'ultima ... Esperienza da fare e rifare
