08/05/2026: I rarely give my all in everything, but in this case I did so with good reason. Frequently visiting pizzerias in Lodi to take my son to school, I haven't found one where the mozzarella is chewy and...let's say even edible...Everyone keeps repeating that the supplier is the same and that it's industrial mozzarella. WELL, to cut a long story short, Vincenzo's Bufalina is still exquisite...so, there are suppliers and...suppliers...Therefore, even if the price may be a little different, know that you're eating excellence...Well done everyone, staff included.
