07/05/2026: we rented an apartment with a pull out couch in the living room. the couch was about 35 years old with the bars coming thru the mattress. no one could sleep on it. when I told the office we closed the couch so we could try for my daughter to sleep at all. it was awful. the wifi did not work at all. the hostess was kind enough to give us a hot spot to try but it only worked near the kitchen. the people are very nice but the beds are impossible. the shower had no water pressure either. the location is good.
30/04/2026: Such a great hotel. The staff was so friendly and happy. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great. Very clean rooms. Everything was perfect.

The prices are really good.
The toilet door wouldn't lock.

26/04/2026: The food and the view were truly amazing. We had ravioli and a mixed lake fish plate, and both were delicious and well-prepared.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the entire experience. My wife and I simply asked for an extra plate to share our meals, which is a very normal request. However, the waiter refused to provide one, responded in a very rude manner, and even bad body language.
What made the situation worse was her attitude—she started explaining how to divide the food as if I were a child, which felt very disrespectful and humiliating. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that otherwise offers such great food and a beautiful setting.
It’s a real shame that such poor and unprofessional service can ruin what could have been a perfect experience.
