05/09/2025: This hotel has the incredible fortune of being right on Lake Como — and its location is truly magical. If you have the chance, definitely choose a room with a terrace overlooking the lake. The feeling of waking up to this view is simply priceless. The rooms are small, but clean and well-kept, ideal for those looking for a quiet and simple place to rest after excursions in the area. Cups and a kettle are provided, but no coffee or tea are included — a small detail that may disappoint some travelers who want to enjoy a hot drink in the room. The bathroom has everything you need for a comfortable stay, although it would be good to add hair conditioner for more care. Breakfast is rather simple and unpretentious, but it is served on the wonderful terrace overlooking the lake, which in itself makes the experience special. There, the serenity of the landscape and the natural beauty outweigh the simplicity of the menu. But what makes the stay really special is the owner: a hospitable, kind man and always willing to help with anything you need. His presence gives a warmth to the place that is difficult to find elsewhere. 29/08/2025: Only been to the restaurant but the food was shockingly tasteless (the veggies on top of the pizza were like out of the freezer)… and their focaccia was like a pizza!

26/08/2025: I was there in the evening just after returning from France, a very good dinner, friendly staff surprised my expectations, I also asked the price of the rooms which were really advantageous for the place, it's a shame that I had already booked,

04/09/2025: Be careful, this side of the lake is less beautiful and less sunny! There are no villas except for the very "Wanna Be" side of Bellagio. The hotel and restaurant are separated by the road, which makes everything dangerous and noisy. The reception is rude - the rooms are basic yet new (unless you stay at the villa). The photos on the websites are misleading - you can see the roof of the restaurant before the lake - the restaurant is very good - the breakfast is a bit sad - the beach deck is not bad - see Villa Carlotta by boat on the other side - there is a landing stage not far from the hotel.

04/09/2025: Wonderful location, the rooms with decks are very comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious dishes and the service is excellent. Reservations are required. The breakfast is very comprehensive.
