15/08/2026: Great spot right on the lake. The pizza was good, as were the drinks. The service is okay. If you don't make yourself known, you're often ignored (perhaps due to their workload?). Definitely make a reservation, otherwise you might not get a table in the evening.

19/07/2026: After a recommendation from friends, we decided to stay at Villa Feltrinelli, and from the moment we arrived, we completely fell in love with it. This is so much more than a luxury hotel. It’s an intimate lakeside escape where you naturally disconnect from your phone and the outside world and simply enjoy being present. We usually gravitate toward the Mediterranean and never imagined we’d be swimming or paddle boarding in a lake, but the crystal-clear waters of Lake Garda completely changed that. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. With only 20 rooms or so, Villa Feltrinelli feels less like a hotel and more like staying at a family’s private estate. The staff know you by name, remember your preferences, and make every moment feel personal. When we mentioned we loved the cozy atmosphere of the bar, they even set up a private dinner for my husband and me there, making the evening feel incredibly special. We’re also notoriously late risers, yet they happily prepared breakfast for us every morning long after breakfast service had ended without ever making us feel like an inconvenience. The rooms are unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. They don’t feel like hotel rooms - they feel like your own room at home, filled with beautiful picture frames, books, and thoughtful personal touches that make the space feel warm and lived in. The music system lets you play any music you want throughout the room 24/7, another detail we’ve never experienced anywhere else despite traveling often. Every evening we’d return to candlelit turndown service with a fresh flower placed on the bed, a simple gesture that perfectly captures the warmth of this extraordinary place. From the incredible breakfast to the outstanding sommelier and magnificent staff, every detail is thoughtfully considered. Villa Feltrinelli is truly one of a kind and we already can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for helping create such a memorable stay.

21/02/2026: We went to see Mussolini's last residence; it's now a luxury hotel, and we weren't able to visit. From the outside, it looks luxurious and well-maintained.

24/08/2026: Lovely setting however ruined by rude and grumpy staff. Ordered the bigoli with seafood and was terrible - no seafood in the dish.
