28/12/2025: I've tried this place twice within a few days, and I have to say the location is excellent: it's centrally located, close to the sea and the Rapallo promenade. The atmosphere is informal, and the service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to par: the paella was sandy and flavorless, and the white wine and sangria were bland (almost "sachet-like"). I can't comment on the pizzas (I haven't tried them), and the train noise is a bit annoying, but that's a minor detail. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to the poor quality of the food.

09/01/2026: We were looking for a traditional place to eat after hours and were recommended this charming restaurant in the heart of Rapallo. It's not easy to find someone freshly preparing excellent dishes at four in the afternoon, but we were greeted with kindness and enthusiasm, even though we were the only customers at the time. Pansoti with walnut sauce, fish ravioli, mixed fried fish, Ligurian-style swordfish, accompanied by fantastic homemade focaccia. Ligurian wine. Everything was excellent, fresh, and light. The owners were kind and super helpful. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

04/01/2026: Sunday afternoon, at least an hour's wait for four hot chocolates, the staff arguing with each other, dishes dumped on the counter waiting to be washed, and then they complain about no teapots or cups... I'd say terrible service and organization, and I'm no Cannavacciuolo! Try going another day of the week...
04/12/2025: I came with my friends and we were immediately greeted by the kind and friendly waitress, who offered us some delicious hot chocolates. We'll definitely be back for an aperitivo, as recommended by Mrs. Silvana, who was very kind and professional!

04/11/2025: If you don't know it and you focus on its appearance, you wouldn't give it a damn. However, if you try to talk to the owner, you'll understand that he's a true connoisseur, capable of offering wines, spirits, cured meats, and a few dishes of unexpected quality.
If you appreciate the '70s/'80s style and want to eat simple but quality food, but above all, if you appreciate good wine and good grappa (and more), I highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: I wouldn't have done it, I spend €83 on dinner and you charge me €1 for a leftover pizza (It was the tip for the guys, they settled for €2!) 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

27/12/2025: Excellent dining experience. The servers were attentive and always smiling! The view must be magnificent at sunset or during the day, with the sea right in front of the bay windows.
16/09/2025: Amazing restaurant in a beautiful location, with super friendly staff and an innovative kitchen.
The view is perfect which is why I don’t understand why it strictly (!) only opens at 19:30 — any decent entrepreneur would sell an aperitif from 6pm onwards on the beautiful balcony outside for people to enjoy the sunset (which otherwise will have happened already when you start your meal).
There were tiny issues with the service (for instance they brought a beef butter to a completely vegetarian table, only to take it away and not replacing it with something vegetarian instead, and a couple next to us was waiting for having their wine with their food) but all in all the service was impeccable otherwise and I would have loved to give a tip unless these sneaky corporate people in the finance department wouldn’t have already built that tip into my bill, at which time and out of principle I crossed it out! I would have voluntarily given more than the „suggested tip“ if you hadn’t kinda forced my hands on it. I guess few people realize it so mathematically they end up with more, but not in style!
Apropos style: the worst part of this restaurant is the music. The manager swore he couldn’t change the music or turn it down. Guys. We are in the 21st century. Forcing the same tasteless and unnecessary loud music on all people who have a very different and highly individualized dining experiences is just unprofessional and quite frankly costs you a star. If the CEO of the hotel can’t fix that, I‘m sorry for him (or her) as this is a matter of willingness only, everything else is an excuse.

24/04/2025: 1 Tappa del cammino del tigullio: tappa obbligata. Si esce dal bosco e appare questa struttura molto fatiscente. Consiglio nel possibile di sistemare un po' e abbassare i prezzi per rendere più adeguato il rapporto qualità prezzo
30/03/2025: Scelta fatta da indicazioni su Menu stampato. "Milanese di vitello" ci si aspetta un nodino di vitello come in tutto il mondo della ristorazione seria viene indicato per Milanese al modico prezzo di 20 euro a porzione.
ERRORE. arriva un pezzo di petto di tacchino impanato e fritto ! E poiché proprio scema non sono ho fatto presente che avevo ordinato una cosa diversa. Risultato mi hanno fatto uno sconto di 4 euro. Purtroppo è l unico ristorante e avevo fame.
Certo che pensare di spacciare tacchino x vitello , e sopratutto scriverlo sullo scontrino fiscale è veramente da poveretti. E poi dicono che i liguri non amano i turisti, qui non solo non li amano ma addirittura li prendono per i fondelli..... se ci riescono!
