08/12/2024: Typical winter day but the place made us forget the cold, unfortunately we only ate the first courses, polenta with sausage and gravy and truffle cannelloni (all excellent), we were unable to eat the second course due to a small health problem with one of the guests. I must sincerely thank the assistance and kindness of the staff. They immediately called for help and luckily everything turned out for the best. Anyway we'll be back because we have to taste the second courses. Thanks again for everything.

08/12/2024: We came for the Christmas markets in the square opposite, the restaurants in the area were all booked, so I see this inn that served polenta and sausages from a window created overlooking the street, unfortunately I didn't have cash but only the ATM, I gave them asked if I could pay with the card, not so much for us but for my 12 year old son who was hungry, after 3 hours in the car, poor guy and with only breakfast at 2pm he was having stomach cramps, they replied that I couldn't pay with the debit card but only money without any receipt obviously and I had to leave. SHAME ON YOU, I didn't call the police or the local police officer present in the square just because my wife made me desist from doing so so as not to cause a scene...and thank goodness it's Christmas...denying food to a kid at a cost to make a BLACK profit WITHOUT RECEIPT. SHAME ON YOU, YOU ARE BEGROWERS! And remove the name of San Francesco from the place that really doesn't suit you, rather call yourself Taverna Barbanera in honor of the famous pirate who preyed on the weakest

31/08/2024: Prenotato con the fork e trovato chiuso, bambini stanchi e affamati in macchina, non ho altro commenti, siamo veramente allibiti….
19/08/2024: Locale semplice ed informale. Stile rustico. Ambiente piccolo. Proprietari accoglienti e gentili. Il menù non è molto vario, ma le pietanze sono buone ed abbondanti. Tipica cucina reatina. Prezzi onestissimo. Sono anche molto generosi nel far assaggiare un bicchiere in più di vino o di amaro. Lo consiglio a chi vuole saziarsi senza spendere molto.
