The seafood menu is rich, varied, and meticulously crafted, with dishes that combine the great classics of seafood with more original and creative twists, without ever losing sight of the quality of the ingredients. The dishes arrive beautifully presented, balanced in flavor, and in appropriate portions, a sign of a kitchen that works with care and respect for the product.
