17/10/2025: I currently believe it's the only place in the area offering the healthiness and quality of a deliciously rustic pizza, crafted with a skillful blend of ancient grains like Carosedda and Saragolla, grown by Francesco Petrone on Mount Cervati in Cilento and milled in Piaggine. For convenience and convenience, sit in the room next to the oven or, if you prefer, in the new outdoor space, which offers a slightly slower service for those who enjoy conversation and leisurely entertainment in a world where almost everyone wants everything right away, regardless of the effort put into offering quality food.
Update: Returned for pizza on Sunday lunch. Agostino wasn't there, and the pizza wasn't the same. A terrible disappointment.
25/09/2025: Excellent food, we had both pizza and other dishes. The staff and the pizza chef owner are truly kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

02/08/2025: Caseificio, yogurteria e forno dai sapori unici! Una sosta è obbligatoria. Purtroppo la mozzarella è talmente buona che va via subito! Consigliabile prenotarla per telefono.

Ideal for events.
The service is fast and attentive, the dishes are delicious and simple, made with quality ingredients. I gave it 5 stars, but I would encourage greater sophistication in the cuisine.

27/11/2025: I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mandetta. My room was very spacious and clean. Very qualitative products all over. The breakfast was tasty, containing croissants, eggs, bufala yogurt and fruits. ❤️The whole staff was kind and helpful in every situation I requested. I highly recommend this hotel to all guests, full season summer or winter business. 🥰 grazie!
21/10/2025: I didn't have the pleasure of staying here, but I had the privilege of dining there. I was greeted warmly and with great professionalism. The fish is top-quality; among the appetizers, the one that most impressed me was the restaurant's own tuna in oil, accompanied by Tropea onions—a perfect harmony of flavors. I then enjoyed spaghetti with clams and razor clams, perfect in their simplicity. To finish, large fried and roasted red mullet: a perfect display of the aromas of the sea.

The food was fresh and delicious, especially the meat, which was delicious!
The staff was very kind and attentive.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.
18/12/2025: After our concert, they took us to dinner at this restaurant. I'd first like to thank the staff for waiting for us despite the late hour.
One of the first things you'll appreciate about the Simposium is its location very close to the temples of Paestum.
This restaurant combines grilled meat, pizza, and seafood.
The quality is good; I really enjoyed both the famous buffalo mozzarella and their meat.
The wait staff was very kind and helpful.

29/12/2025: Elegant place for coffee and dessert right next to the museum. Its clean minimal look and the stylish details would make this stand out anywhere, but in this tiny village it feels like a real outsider. The crostatas come in various versions. Try them all!
27/12/2025: A very nice bar both inside and out: the atmosphere is pleasant, calm, and quiet. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired.
This morning I was a customer, and as soon as I entered, I politely said "good morning." However, I didn't receive the same treatment: the bartender looked at us and turned away without responding.
After we sat down, we were served only after a while. The menu listed the option of drinks with plant-based milk, but when I ordered, I was told they didn't have any, nor did they have lactose-free milk. Furthermore, as a celiac, I had virtually no choice on the menu.
I then asked for a cup of gelato, but was refused on the grounds that gelato is only served in cones and that, as a celiac, they couldn't serve it to me. It's a shame, however, that several cups of various sizes were clearly visible on a shelf.
In conclusion, it was a rather disappointing experience. This morning was like that, but I definitely won't be back.
One star only for the aesthetics of the place.

22/10/2024: Il ristorante è ubicato all’interno di una bellissima ed elegante struttura alberghiera, che purtroppo non ci ha consentito di pernottare in quanto fossimo accompagnati da una piccola cagnolina di meno di 2kg..
Fortunatamente entrata al ristorante.

Una serata molto particolare, una cena che desideravamo da tempo.
Abbiamo optato per una degustazione MY SIGNATURE, composta da 9 portate a dir poco deliziose.
Tra le portate in primis senza dubbio, le Eliche cacio e pepe con ricci di mare.
Mia moglie ha preferito un Risotto alla robiola di bufala, alloro, fave di cacao, fichi bianchi del Cilento e melograno.
Cottura perfetta per il Piccione con salsa di fegato grasso d’oca, carpaccio di fichi bianchi e alici di menaica.
Queste le portate che ci hanno particolarmente entusiasmato, ma devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto.
Per finire il Soufflé al cioccolato con gelato ai fichi secchi, salsa al cioccolato e liquore di finger lime.
Struttura molto curata, personale altamente qualificato e cortese.
Complimenti a chi rende tutto questo perfetto.

Este restaurante absolutamente mejor que he tenido en muchos años. No, no, esto es en serio muy profesional y muy sabroso. Muy generoso y muy delicioso. Muy caro :) .
