To celebrate a special birthday, we chose Chef Gramaglia's cuisine, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The welcome and the atmosphere From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the Chef's wife, an extremely professional figure who immediately put us at ease. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, elegant yet with a touch of warmth that makes you feel "at home," making the experience almost familiar despite the exceptionally high level of service. The gastronomic journey From aperitif to dessert, every step was a crescendo of flavors. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, but it's the Chef's skill that makes the difference: The Egg: Simply unforgettable. A balance of textures and temperatures that remains etched in the memory. The Fusillone: ​​It left us literally speechless; a dish worth the trip alone. The Human Touch The real added value was meeting Chef Gramaglia. He's a wonderful person with a rare warmth; chatting with him after the meal was an extremely pleasant moment that further enriched our day. In summary: An experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just "luxury food"—a true experience. Celebrating my birthday here was the best choice for creating memories tied to fantastic flavors.

24/02/2026: Thank you for making such a special day for us, our anniversary, unforgettable, for the special welcome you gave us, and the elegant and relaxing atmosphere that accompanied us throughout the meal. Mrs. Laila was the perfect hostess, and Chef Paolo Gramaglia was superb, surprising us from the first course to the last with dishes that were beautiful to look at but, above all, incredibly delicious. We will definitely return and recommend the President restaurant to anyone who wants to feel at home while savoring unique and exquisite dishes, the result of a combination of the best Neapolitan tradition with the flavors and aromas of distant lands. 15/03/2026: Simply a fantastic culinary experience in the heart of Pompeii. A cozy, clean and inviting place. Food and service were excellent (the cod fish was exquisite). Prices were very reasonable and the owner’s attention was super friendly. A must place to stop. Thank you Italy for your history and warm hospitality!

18/03/2026: We had an early (for Italy) dinner in the restaurant part, & had the meat & fish tasting menu. The building is amazing, a very old ex palazio, very stylishly decorated & comfortable. While the food was fantastic, the service was the standout, especially from our wait staff, Luigi and Pascuale who really made our meal special. Was on the more expensive side for Pompeii (cheaper than south of England), but definitely worth it.

19/03/2026: A lovely little place just steps from the Pompeii ruins. Weather permitting, you can enjoy your food under a lovely pergola. Excellent pizza, flavorful and fragrant, made with top-quality ingredients. Fast and friendly staff. Prices are high, but reasonable for the area.

The restaurant is very well-maintained, clean, and suitable for any occasion. The dishes I was offered (different each time) far exceeded my expectations; they were excellent. The quality of the ingredients is high. Kudos to the young owners for believing in tradition but also in culinary innovation.

07/03/2026: My sister and I had lunch at this restaurant, and right from the start, we found the atmosphere very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The food was truly excellent, from appetizers to desserts, with special attention paid to gluten-free options, which we greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the helpful staff and the humor of waiter Lucio made the lunch even more enjoyable and fun. We highly recommend it!

18/02/2026: We went there for Valentine's Day dinner with a reservation. Both a fixed menu and à la carte options are available. A wide variety of both seafood and meat dishes. Everything was truly delicious. The staff were kind and attentive, and since I'm celiac, that goes double. The menu was the same for us and just as good. We'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: Unfortunately, there's a lot of speculation about gluten-free options, greatly inflating prices on everything. Since we're a group of eight and I'm celiac, we booked here. Cover charge: €2.50 33ml Coke €3.50 A mini pulled pork meatball €7 Capricciosa €12; I had sausage added, which cost €14. It's unfortunate that we charged €30 per person to friends who basically ate a Napoletana and a drink. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. Regarding the service, the waiters ask for our order as soon as they seat us, causing the table to turn over 6 or 7 times in one evening.
