To celebrate a special birthday, we chose Chef Gramaglia's cuisine, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The welcome and the atmosphere From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the Chef's wife, an extremely professional figure who immediately put us at ease. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, elegant yet with a touch of warmth that makes you feel "at home," making the experience almost familiar despite the exceptionally high level of service. The gastronomic journey From aperitif to dessert, every step was a crescendo of flavors. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, but it's the Chef's skill that makes the difference: The Egg: Simply unforgettable. A balance of textures and temperatures that remains etched in the memory. The Fusillone: ​​It left us literally speechless; a dish worth the trip alone. The Human Touch The real added value was meeting Chef Gramaglia. He's a wonderful person with a rare warmth; chatting with him after the meal was an extremely pleasant moment that further enriched our day. In summary: An experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just "luxury food"—a true experience. Celebrating my birthday here was the best choice for creating memories tied to fantastic flavors.

24/02/2026: Thank you for making such a special day for us, our anniversary, unforgettable, for the special welcome you gave us, and the elegant and relaxing atmosphere that accompanied us throughout the meal. Mrs. Laila was the perfect hostess, and Chef Paolo Gramaglia was superb, surprising us from the first course to the last with dishes that were beautiful to look at but, above all, incredibly delicious. We will definitely return and recommend the President restaurant to anyone who wants to feel at home while savoring unique and exquisite dishes, the result of a combination of the best Neapolitan tradition with the flavors and aromas of distant lands. 20/03/2026: We went for dinner as a group with Nestor and it was a perfect experience. The service and attention throughout, the helpful suggestions from the staff, and the excellent quality of all the dishes made it an experience we'll definitely repeat. The best restaurant in Pompeii!

16/04/2026: We dined as a family at this restaurant : the food was good, but the wait of over an hour before being served really spoiled the experience. We understand that charging for bread is normal in Italy, but given the delay and despite the staff’s apologies due to being short-staffed, a small commercial gesture would have been appreciated. Overall, it leaves a rather mixed impression.

12/04/2026: I'm glad the first restaurant I went to didn't have a seat for me. And then here, I was confused between pizza or restaurant, but since restaurant was quiet, decided to try that out, also cos I was planning to have pizza for dinner. Pasta was delicious, not something I was expecting. Tiramisu was equally something, not the usual serving one expects. Felt that if I could, would have picked it up by hand to eat it. And yes, had to finish it off with some limoncello. To the server with the glasses, I'm sorry I'm not so good with names, thank you for the care and service while you attended to me during lunch :)

19/03/2026: A lovely little place just steps from the Pompeii ruins. Weather permitting, you can enjoy your food under a lovely pergola. Excellent pizza, flavorful and fragrant, made with top-quality ingredients. Fast and friendly staff. Prices are high, but reasonable for the area.

26/03/2026: Very nice place, the food is really tasty and homely, the atmosphere is calm and not forced (for some it's a plus, for some it's a minus), the prices are moderate and not bad. We are glad that we visited this place instead of those closer to the square that shout about themselves when you pass by, while many locals had dinner in this restaurant. Therefore, I think it's definitely worth visiting this place!

30/12/2025: The restaurant was a pleasant discovery. The owners are very courteous, kind, and helpful. They were able to accommodate my needs even after I disclosed my vegan diet. The restaurant is very well-maintained, clean, and suitable for any occasion. The dishes I was offered (different each time) far exceeded my expectations; they were excellent. The quality of the ingredients is high. Kudos to the young owners for believing in tradition but also in culinary innovation.

11/04/2026: After visiting the excavations, we stopped at this restaurant and pizzeria. I'm celiac and was looking for a gluten-free option. What can I say.... SPECTACULAR. Let's start with the gluten-free focus.... MAXIMUM. Top-quality ingredients; the gluten-free pizza dough is delicious, perfect, and not rubbery. The gluten-free products are also excellent. The gluten-free Colomba Pasquale is also top-notch. Welcoming staff attentive to all our needs. Highly RECOMMENDED

11/04/2026: Hunger drove us to this place after a six-hour visit to Pompeii. I found the price-performance ratio reasonable. The pizza and lasagna were "good," but that was about it. It was enough to fill you up, but it's not where you can expect to experience the real Italy. It's located right next to an entrance to the museum, so the restaurant is practically next to a parking lot, which wasn't ideal since many tour buses were also stopping there.
