03/03/2024: Legendary pub and immense jazz club, one of a kind, as well as the most important in our Calabria Naturally, much of the credit must be attributed to the unique and immeasurable Mimmo Pitasi and his family I hadn't been to this place for a few years, the last time I was there as a musical guest with my jazz quartet This evening I returned with my wife and a couple of friends and of course everything was perfect, from the welcome to the food, and to the end of the evening Many thanks to Mimmo and his family for the wonderful hospitality shown to us Until next time!!!

31/12/2023: Married on December 27th, they made my wedding unique. Abundant initial buffet of the highest quality, top first and second courses, wonderful dessert buffet... raw materials of the highest quality, processed and served in the best possible way. Chef owner and wedding planner, lovely people, super professional and helpful, they made the wedding of our dreams come true.

Proprietario, chef e wedding planner sono persone di una professionalitá e disponibilitá unica.. buffet iniziale abbondantissimo, primi e secondi di altissima classe, buffet di dolci stupendo..materie prime di altissima qualitá abbinate alla raffinatezza del servizio rendono il tutto devvero molto elegante. 01/05/2024: A true immersion in the past doc. From the museum to lunch a fantastic journey. The cuisine is a true poetry of flavours. Absolutely worth repeating. I highly recommend it.

27/04/2024: Excellent restaurant. I had lunch at Al Tipico Calabrese on 04/27/24 with my family and as soon as I arrived I immediately felt at ease. A welcoming environment rich in Calabrian history and tradition, with memories and objects from the past adorning the walls. Excellent menu with traditional local dishes, including: appetizer based on cured meats and cheeses, local vegetables and herbs; a first course of gnocchi with walnut cream, basil, bacon and asparagus and one of macaroni with lamb ragù; a second course of lamb chops and one of rolls filled with caciocavallo and chopped pistachios, and a fennel and citrus fruit salad; and finally a dessert made with rye flour and dark chocolate, with orange peel. Largely satisfied. The trip to Cardeto is worth it. I will definitely come back with pleasure.

25/03/2024: I ate really well. Quality and kindness are the two characteristics of this restaurant. People who do their job with passion and love. They do not imitate anyone and no one can imitate them because the personality expressed in every detail is only theirs. 110 and praise!

24/02/2024: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant for the first time. The cuisine was excellent, the lady (chef) created extraordinary dishes. Everything was excellent, the fish balls in tomato sauce were exceptional, as was the homemade pasta with swordfish. Excellent welcome and service. Wonderful evening with friends. Highly recommended
