16/11/2024: Mid November, therefore low season, we arrive at 8pm, before many other people, we order after 15 minutes (kind and friendly waitresses) we wait and wait, despite the complaints the first courses arrive around 9.30pm... among other dishes mediocre (tagliatelle with wild boar and other homemade tagliatelle). after another 46 minutes the second courses arrive but they forget one course. At the checkout the owner asks us if everything went well, so I say no and explain my reasons but instead of apologizing or discounting something on the bill, he makes excuses about the fact that they have little staff...Rather it is better not to ask the non be interested in how to improve your offer. 29/11/2024: Tartufo Lab's Osteria is the place to be! What a great atmosphere and super tasty truffles. Delicious food and drinks. What a passion, what a unique experience. It is a great place to stay not only outside, but also inside. So beautiful, the Italian feeling comes over me and spoils me. In this piece of truffle country you really dream away and you have to pinch yourself that it is not a dream. For me it was an absolute revelation to not only drink a nice glass of wine and enjoy a beautiful view, but also to taste a first-class fresh truffle. What a pleasure!! Grazie mille!!
