10/03/2026: This place is a real gem! Excellent cuisine, and the very kind owner explains the dishes with great care. The restaurant's exterior boasts a beautiful panoramic view of the town and the surrounding hills, where, during the warmer months, you can dine in a charming atmosphere. Inside, it feels like a small, very cozy grotto. We felt truly pampered, and the atmosphere is truly authentic. Highly recommended!

09/02/2026: On Saturday evening, my son and I dined at this small, yet cozy and intimate restaurant. We enjoyed the food, appreciating the choice of ingredients and the expert cooking of the pork cheek, which was truly top-notch. The wine list is also interesting, distinguished by its carefully selected selections of small, local producers. The extra virgin olive oil served with the bruschetta as an entree was also very much appreciated.

10/12/2025: I've been eating at Oasy Sant'Anna for at least seven years, and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch: you can taste the care and attention to detail in every dish. The value for money, especially for truffles, is truly rare (and honestly, I'd be willing to pay more for such quality). The wait staff is impeccable: courteous, attentive, and present without ever being intrusive. Although the winter spaces are more intimate, the acoustics are perfect: you can converse with the entire table even when the room is full. In summer, the outdoor setting makes the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back (hopefully soon) to enjoy Mirko's fantastic truffle crostini again.

08/10/2025: The bakery's main location, with other branches scattered throughout Trentino. Pastries, brioches (the poached apples are excellent), pizzas, chocolate, everything and more. There's also a bar attached with a large outdoor veranda, heated in the winter.

The staff is always friendly, and the refined atmosphere is perfect for a quality break. The food and wines are carefully selected, and you can taste it from the first bite. Whether for breakfast, dinner, or a glass of wine with friends, it is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit in Fossombrone.

10/01/2026: Had lunch here on a random Saturday. A truly positive experience because, as a vegan, I found: gnocchi with tomato sauce (or ragù), roasted potatoes, cooked herbs, and delicious gratin vegetables. For dessert, they even have amazing wine biscuits! Then, Tinti's Amaro Borgia, and off you go!
