15/12/2024: Oasy Sant'Anna, a guarantee, as regards meat, but above all mushrooms and truffles, this evening we ate starters and first course all based on fresh white truffle (carpaccio, omelette, crostini and tagliatelle, all truly excellent, impeccably cooked, top service, even the final bill was more than honest, given the very high prices of the raw materials, however the quality of the truffles was very high. 🔝💯👏👏👏 Well done Mirko and well done his staff!!!!

Quality house wine.
Black truffle in all its variations, unfortunately we had to limit ourselves to the white one due to the prohibitive cost this year.
Pleasant after lunch in the Furlo gorge and a view of the Land Art a few steps from the restaurant.
The desserts did not meet our tastes, semifreddo still frozen and cake with a hint of mint. Just a detail that doesn't change the evaluation, also because with a perfect Moretta the meal ended on a high note.

03/11/2024: Splendid place, both inside and outside, very characteristic and particular, dishes that are spectacular to say the least, personally I ate the best dish of mushroom lasagne, not to mention the meat and vegetables and finally the desserts, a cheesecake delicate and refined pumpkin, you feel at home, thanks also to the welcome and kindness received, certainly an experience to be repeated. Thank you🙏💚
03/10/2024: Siamo state a pranzo tra colleghe e con piacevole sorpresa abbiamo apprezzato non solo i piatti ambiti di questo territorio, curati con dedizione e attenzione, ma soprattutto la professionalità e la cortesia dello staff. Vista incantevole sulla borgata sottostante di Fossombrone, contornata dai naturalistici paesaggi marchigiani.

18/11/2024: I had lunch with my brother at this nice place, we took the tasting of the Empatia menu which included a beef tartare with parmesan and Neapolitan ragout, wild boar tortello with blackberries and cocoa grue and the Pluma Iberica, accompanied by a Pinot Noir The Hill of Fairies. Everything really excellent. The girls who served us were very professional and kind.

15/08/2024: For me quite poor. Pretty nice environment but bread and croissants well below average. The dough for the three croissants (two empty and one with chocolate) is the same used for bread but with the addition of sugar. Croissants are very scarce, then if one just wants to fill their stomach then it's another matter. Bread equally scarce, I took a loaf which they said was made with lard. Well, never again. All paid 9 euros, too expensive for such poor quality. I don't understand these rave reviews. It always depends on what one is used to eating at home. For me, not recommended from all points of view

08/08/2024: Such a great meal here. Wonderful setting on a terrace high above Fossombrone. The food was superb, the best meal of our trip, plus interesting wine list. Compliments to the chefs and thanks to our very charming and helpful waitresses..

21/08/2024: We had a great time! Very welcoming and kind staff, they also welcomed our dog very well. The pizza was delicious!! One of the best I've ever eaten. Beautiful and spacious place with a small terrace where you can eat in the open air and in peace.

02/08/2024: Perfect for a very good breakfast sitting outdoors: you can find tasty croissants with different fillings and different hot drinks such as cappuccino, espresso with a dash of milk etc. Good service in general and you can pay both cash and credi/debit cards.

04/11/2024: Il locale si trova in una località di campagna e non ha un'insegna ben visibile di sera. La sala è ben illuminata ed il personale molto gentile. I piatti in menù non sono tanti. Quattro antipasti, quattro primi e la carne (la regina del ristorante). La carbonara che abbiamo preso era buona ma forse un po' troppo "ordinaria". Inoltre, è arrivata non caldissima. Buoni anche i dolci. Prezzo adeguato. La prossima volta prenderemo la carne.
11/08/2024: We celebrated the hen/stag party of two of our friends. It was very important to have fun and make their day special and so it was in some respects. Luckily we had the right company... For the rest... the location is very beautiful, attention to detail but... For everything there is a price. From the menu we chose where everything we asked for was "out of budget", we had to rush everything. For lunch we had to wait half an hour before eating something and in the end after the cake we were literally quickly removed from the table because "lunch ended at 5.30pm". Another problem was in the pool because everything closed at 6.30pm as they had to prepare other events and they turned off the hydromassage to make us leave or move. We paid more than €600 not to mention the sunbeds (€15) separately. Gratitude was a continuous lament.
We won't be returning. If I can give some advice: work on your events and if you don't know how to manage multiple events at the same time, forget it. You should work for quality and not treat like this.
