20/12/2024: Fantastic experience! I was in the area for work and was inspired by the other reviews. What can I say, it reflected and exceeded expectations. From the welcome glass, accompanied by bread made only with sourdough and a taste of oil. The starter is tartare and the first course is homemade cappelletti with fondue and truffle. Tasty dishes with well-balanced ingredients, a very pleasant experience, in a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

03/11/2024: Splendid place, both inside and outside, very characteristic and particular, dishes that are spectacular to say the least, personally I ate the best dish of mushroom lasagne, not to mention the meat and vegetables and finally the desserts, a cheesecake delicate and refined pumpkin, you feel at home, thanks also to the welcome and kindness received, certainly an experience to be repeated. 03/10/2024: Siamo state a pranzo tra colleghe e con piacevole sorpresa abbiamo apprezzato non solo i piatti ambiti di questo territorio, curati con dedizione e attenzione, ma soprattutto la professionalità e la cortesia dello staff. Vista incantevole sulla borgata sottostante di Fossombrone, contornata dai naturalistici paesaggi marchigiani.

15/12/2024: Oasy Sant'Anna, a guarantee, as regards meat, but above all mushrooms and truffles, this evening we ate starters and first course all based on fresh white truffle (carpaccio, omelette, crostini and tagliatelle, all truly excellent, impeccably cooked, top service, even the final bill was more than honest, given the very high prices of the raw materials, however the quality of the truffles was very high. 🔝💯👏👏👏 Well done Mirko and well done his staff!!!! KEEP GOING LIKE THIS!!!

04/12/2024: Rustic and genuine cuisine and atmosphere. Quality house wine. Black truffle in all its variations, unfortunately we had to limit ourselves to the white one due to the prohibitive cost this year. Pleasant after lunch in the Furlo gorge and a view of the Land Art a few steps from the restaurant. The desserts did not meet our tastes, semifreddo still frozen and cake with a hint of mint. Just a detail that doesn't change the evaluation, also because with a perfect Moretta the meal ended on a high note.

24/11/2024: A wonderful place where time has stopped. We are between the 15th and 17th centuries, the structure continues leaning on a deconsecrated church located on a hill almost 300 meters above sea level which stands on a plain between Fossombrone and Acqualagna. Rooms renovated respecting the place, terracotta, copper, stone, as well as the restaurant and bar rooms that seem to be carved out of the rock. A special mention goes to the breakfast of which you see the photos attached to this review. Never seen something like it, from the dessert to the sauté all rigorously homemade. A true taste experience. Absolutely recommended place to spend a few days out of time in a forgotten peace.

18/11/2024: I had lunch with my brother at this nice place, we took the tasting of the Empatia menu which included a beef tartare with parmesan and Neapolitan ragout, wild boar tortello with blackberries and cocoa grue and the Pluma Iberica, accompanied by a Pinot Noir The Hill of Fairies. Everything really excellent. The girls who served us were very professional and kind.
