09/06/2026: Too much time and staff who only thought about regular customers, they brought my girlfriend's food after two hours even though she had reserved a seat for her and they served people who arrived later, since they are regular customers, never go if you are seriously hungry.

07/06/2026: --- A Truffle Oasis...🤭 Today, for the first time, at the usual annual gathering of us students from the 49th Carabinieri Cadet Course of Rome in 1977, we gathered in the magnificent garden of the Sant'Anna Oasis, in the shade of a centuries-old tree. A marvel. The air was filled with the scent of blossoming lime trees, broom, and, of course, truffles. Only after the first bite did I realize I'd ended up with 20 other diners, straight into the homeland of the Furlo truffle. A retired Carabiniere's distraction. We wolfed down trays of cured meats and cheeses, fettuccine, tortellini, all strictly truffle-filled. Then came the grill, house wine, and a final cake. We left smelling more of truffles than the restaurant. A huge compliment to Grandpa Franco, his son Mirco, and the entire staff: a warm welcome from days gone by, one that makes you feel at home even when there are 21 of you. And the name of the place doesn't lie: Oasi Sant'Anna is truly an oasis. Special thanks to our friend Beppe Fantoni, who, with his kindness, strategic silence, and his signature cigar, honored us with the discretion that only a true classmate can possess. If you're passing through Furlo and don't have truffles in your blood, you will after lunch here. Vito and the rest of the gray-haired crew! 😂😂

07/06/2026: We went last night for the first time, a truly beautiful place... the chef and owner were truly hospitable, the waitress was friendly and quick, the food was truly excellent and reasonably priced! What can I say? We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes. Well done, keep it up.

19/05/2026: We stopped at this deli for a quick lunch and were truly delighted. We found exquisite cuisine, great hospitality, and truly fair prices. We ordered three plates of homemade fettuccine with ragù (excellent!) and, at our request, they also prepared a plate of fettuccine with baby octopus tomato sauce. The baby octopus was listed as a main course, but they had no problem using it as a pasta sauce, demonstrating fantastic hospitality. We also tried the octopus with potatoes, and it was delicious. In total, for the four first courses, the octopus, two beers, water, and coffee, we spent €84. An exceptional value and a rare kindness. Highly recommended.

20/01/2026: I'm celiac, so I went into this pizzeria, trying my luck, and often asking if they had anything gluten-free, and... Bingo! They have delicious frozen round pizzas (unlike many frozen and pre-cooked ones), with a choice of white or red pizza, and the very kind gentleman at the counter offered to top it with whatever toppings I wanted!!! Nice atmosphere, friendly and smiling staff, excellent service, I'd say. 💯
