20/08/2025: I have been eating at Luigi's, excellently assisted by his son Francesco, for at least 10 years. This belated review arises from the observation that in all these years, rather than being satisfied with maintaining the already remarkable quality of their cuisine and their service, they have instead wanted and been able to constantly improve. They stubbornly seek excellence in cured meats, cheeses and above all in cuts of meat. Few times in legendary Tuscany have I tasted better. The first courses and desserts are enriched with a certain frequency by experimentation and ideas that arise from their forays into even non-Italian cuisines. And what about the cellar. Over 900 labels of wines and spirits with authentic rarities, chosen and preserved with obsessive attention. Quick but attentive, courteous, professional service. A great desire to pamper the customer. A true excellence

10/06/2025: An experience to remember We were the only guests, pampered and delighted with extraordinary dishes. Positive note: they noticed that I didn't like the dessert, which I didn't enjoy because I don't like certain ingredients (my fault) and they offered to replace it with one I liked, but having given my consent when choosing the menu, I refused to accept the courtesy, an appreciated gesture and I can only give a positive opinion for the wonderful lunch and the service, courteous but not intrusive; competence, preparation and courtesy to the maximum score allowed. Well done everyone and amazing dishes (well, yes, I even tasted the dessert!)

It's my first time here, and unfortunately I waited over half an hour just for two starters; I don't think the dining room was even that crowded. The starters weren't bad either, but again, I can't figure out why we waited so long. At least they gave us a slight discount.

Beach service is always efficient. Excellent coffee. Very fair prices. Our beach vacation!

20/08/2025: We visited this restaurant recommended by friends at the end of June. The atmosphere is elegant and pleasant, right on the seafront. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the food was truly delicious and excellent value! The service was a bit unstable—a good 40 minutes passed between the first and second courses—but I highly recommend it!

20/08/2025: Every year we come to Porto San Giorgio, Stella Adriatica is our favorite place, both for the beach and the restaurant. Impeccable ingredients, attentive and courteous service. The menu offered a fantastic selection of fresh seafood, and every dish we tried was a masterpiece. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was seamless. Their passion for food and hospitality truly shines through. To top it all off, we enjoyed a delightful home-made tiramisu that was the perfect end to a remarkable meal. I can't recommend La Locanda del Pescatore enough—enjoy!

21/07/2025: The freshness of the fish is incredible; you can truly taste the flavor of the sea. Don't miss the boiled mantis shrimp, the mussels in tomato sauce (real garden tomato sauce), and an honorable mention for the fried calamari... the calamari are not frozen, and their crispiness speaks of an almost obsessive attention to constantly changing the cooking oil. I must also mention the hospitality: impeccable and friendly service, with the smiles of those who love their work and show it in the dishes and the service. Congratulations!!! A lunch that is truly worth the trip.

31/05/2025: I had previously booked for 2 people on the fork, then at 4pm I changed the reservation for 4 people. When we arrived at the restaurant in 3 (so less than those written on the fork) they told me that I had to change the reservation before 5pm, even though I had done it at 4.17pm. I was accused of two things: 1 that I had to change the reservation before 5pm because the lady “closed the fork” at 5pm even though my reservation was dated 4.17pm, 2 that I had to call for the change because “Saturday is Saturday and it’s always full”, even though there was the option to do it on the fork and without warning that the lady “closed the fork” at 5pm.
