14/09/2025: We haven't had the pleasure of sampling Rosalba's cuisine yet, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the atmosphere very pleasant, meticulously maintained, very clean, and extremely welcoming. Rosalba has a way of making everyone feel at ease, with a smile and truly remarkable attention to detail. We'll be back soon for the food, which we're sure will be excellent, like everything else!

31/07/2025: A wide variety of beers, but above all, good and quality. The place is gorgeous with a breathtaking view, and the manager is incredibly kind and friendly.
Two of us went there for a tasting. The manager welcomed us with a table overlooking the view; the food was fantastic: hop-filled pinse (or pulcino), mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, melon, ham, and cheese. Everything was delicious.
As for beers, they offer a wide selection, from classic Belgian beers to stouts, including various IPAs, IGAs, Berliner Weiss, and amber beers... In short, there's something for everyone. The best part is that they're all genuinely good and high-quality, made with many local ingredients.
