26/08/2024: We were there on a Saturday evening. Very good pizza, both dough and ingredients. It's a real shame about the wait, 40 minutes for 1 portion of mozzarella and well over 1 hour for pizzas is excessive (without anything else in the meantime), especially for a place that isn't even half full. I hope it improves because the food deserves it.

12/08/2024: Siamo arrivati al Casolare durante un tappa del cammino francescano della marca. Il nostro soggiorno è stato più che perfetto.
La dolcezza e la disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto è stata eccellente.
La bontà del cibo, il confort e la pulizia della stanza, la gentilezza del personale, la bellezza del luogo fanno di questa struttura una tappa imperdibile

21/01/2024: Uno sbaglio dopo l'altro...bevanda sbagliata, pizza sbagliata e come ciliegina sulla torta il proprietario ci ha chiesto di andare a comprare un ingrediente per la pizza che nonostante abbiamo pagato di tasca nostra non ci è stato neanche restituito ciò che avanzava.
Ah...pagato a prezzo pieno nonostante ci fosse stato detto dal proprietario al nostro arrivo che la mia pizza non l avremmo pagata.
