As a "welcome," we were offered a red rice salad with vegetables.
Then we ordered two appetizers and two main courses (which included sides) and realized we could have fed four!
The portions are very generous, and everything is truly delicious.
We started with a mix of cheeses and cured meats, and a mix of cold and hot cheeses.
Then we had a fried platter that included chicken, lamb, potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, stuffed olives, and fried cream (and that alone was enough for two!), and a dish of roast suckling pig with roast potatoes.
Two limoncellos and a single dessert (an incredibly delicious pistachio mousse with chopped pistachios). Half a liter of Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, sparkling water, bread... All for 70 euros!
What can I say... If we add the kindness of the guys and the owners, I really can't find a single negative! On the contrary! Highly recommended.

28/05/2026: Delicious food with generous portions. Authentic cuisine at a fair price. I'd gladly come again. The ambiance is simple but pleasant and suits the restaurant.

The platters here are truly innovative, generous, and thoughtfully crafted.
A huge selection for both vegetarians and vegans, with refined products, unique flavors, and portions that make you want to return.
One of the most original places I've tried lately.

03/05/2026: The room was very small, the breakfast was very poor, and they asked for a 20% surcharge for the 1st night's stay, which should be communicated when paying the balance. I'd say €100 per night is a lot compared to what they provide. We've stayed at a property with better services before, but I don't think I'll repeat that experience.

14/08/2026: All in all, I'd say it's rather average. The Pizza Diavolo costs €8.50 here, and, how should I put it, it tastes like it. Kind of "low budget."
The service is attentive, but they're not really up to the task.
The location right on the harbor promenade is fantastic, of course 👍🇮🇹
31/07/2026: Struggled to find a place in Malcesine that could accommodate our fussy children. This place had a simple enough menu, the pizza was decent and the beer was cold. Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

17/04/2026: Tasty pizzas with generous toppings, especially the off-menu specials, which are absolutely worth the price! The asparagus with bacon and chanterelle porchetta are amazing! Excellent takeout pizza!
15/01/2026: Bought to try but terrible pizza, very soft dough and chips that were supposed to be fried were put in to cook as they were taken out of the bag, in the end I threw it away, terrible experience
