05/09/2025: The service was simply extraordinary and very fast, and the food was equally amazing: super original and, in my opinion, decidedly "gourmet," worthy of a starred vegan restaurant, if it weren't for the portions, which here at the "Bistrot" are truly worthy of stars for their abundance and richness.

The cuisine is popular, but with a focus on flavor that blends tradition and creativity.
I ordered the "trippa" menu, and to say I was satisfied is an understatement: fried tripe with vegetables and three-pepper fondue was the starter, followed by paccheri with tripe and sausage ragù, and finally tripe with Roman-style sauce and eggplant panzanella—a "ten," as the good Borghese would say.
I also had bruschetta (a wide selection and generous portions) and a heartwarming rabbit!
Excellent value for money.
I must return as soon as possible to try one of the various carbonara options...

22/11/2025: Excellent experience, the kebab tacos were the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, I only discovered after ordering through Deliveroo that they contained mozzarella, and since I'm intolerant, I had to reorder, and the very kind owner remade it for me free of charge.

08/09/2025: On the way back to Ancona, we stopped here for a quick lunch. We went right in, and the counter employee introduced us to the menu with unprecedented empathy—bravo!
After taking our orders, they arrived in about ten minutes, served on a special sandwich stand (see photo)!!!
Tasty food with no flaws whatsoever, recommended for quick, affordable meals!

06/11/2025: Very nice place, well-maintained, very good food at average prices.
The chicken was very good, crispy and juicy, the sandwich had plenty of sauce and toppings, and the bread was soft but didn't fall apart. However, it lacked something to counteract the grease from the frying and mayonnaise, which I remedied by using the ketchup they brought to my table.
The fries were tasty, crispy, and just the right thickness.
The beer had a nice caramelized aroma and was fresh off the tap.
The staff was quick with service and very friendly throughout.
The place, with its automotive theme, was very quaint and well-decorated, and the rooms were very well-maintained.
27/08/2025: When I find an excellent Martini in a place and everything else is up to par, I can't help but go back more often!

01/09/2025: Welcoming restaurant with an open kitchen. We had sesame-dipped prawns, a tuna appetizer, tagliatelle with tuna and Taggiasca olives, and fish tempura. Cannoli filled with mascarpone and chocolate shavings. Everything was cooked and presented impeccably.
The restaurant was quiet and reasonably priced. Excellent wine list.
28/07/2025: A round of applause for this chef who dares and innovates. We dined à la carte, choosing two excellent raw fish appetizers and a creamy Bronte pistachio risotto with scampi tails. Complex yet balanced dishes, thanks to the combination of ingredients that complement each other, creating harmony and contrasts that are pleasing to the palate. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

26/08/2025: A nice, quiet place outside the center of Jesi, ideal for a stroll. The pizza is good, nothing to complain about; the first courses aren't so good; the pasta was more than al dente, and I noticed a lack of attention to detail in the dishes. The quality/price ratio isn't great.

17/11/2025: I've been there in the past for aperitivo with two people, and everything had always gone well. The other night they made a terrible impression because we were a large table and they brought us food on small plates, counting one piece each. A waiter bringing our small plate dropped a sandwich and didn't bring it back... when I asked to have one to try, I was told first by one waiter that "everything had already arrived" and then by a second waiter that "someone had stolen it from me". A terrible impression in front of everyone... they lost me as a customer, and considering everyone heard it, maybe they lost more than one.
15/09/2025: Delicious food, amazing drinks, and knowledgeable, knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended!
