09/02/2024: Il mio ricordo di questo locale – quando ancora si chiamava "Crem Caramel" – era quello di un’attività commerciale che bene o male lavorava, anche se le colazioni non facevano gridare al miracolo a causa di cappuccini poco schiumosi e brioches leggermente anonime. Poi, un bel giorno, è cambiato il nome in "Chez Moi" a causa (forse) di un cambio gestione che presagiva un futuro luminoso: mai avrei pensato di scoprire, in una fredda e soleggiata mattina di Dicembre, che questo bar caffè tavola calda ha dismesso l’attività, almeno stando a quanto tristemente annuncia un cartello posto all’ingresso...forse qualcosa è andato storto...

22/06/2025: I recently had the pleasure of attending a dinner with colleagues at the "Alimentari Ciattaglia" restaurant, a place I already knew and which, once again, confirmed that it represents absolute excellence in the local gastronomic panorama. An extraordinary experience: the dishes offered, the result of a refined and at the same time genuine cuisine, were created with great mastery, guaranteeing an unforgettable dinner. Each course was a discovery, a perfect balance between creativity and tradition, enhanced by the highest quality ingredients and generous portions. The owner, Giorgio Ciattaglia, is an extraordinary person, a figure of rare competence and courtesy. Giorgio, in addition to being a great Chef (and teacher), is also a perfect host, he guided us with passion through the flavors of his dishes, illustrating them with great professionalism and transmitting the love he puts into his work. The grill was amazing, as were the ravioli with artichokes and sausage, the side dishes and the desserts: everything truly "divine", to use a word that well describes the culinary experience we had. Without a doubt, the Ciattaglia restaurant confirms itself as the number one in Jesi and its surroundings. Highly recommended to those looking for top-level cuisine, in a welcoming and refined and slightly country environment, with impeccable service.
