08/02/2025: In the last few weeks I have ordered takeaway pizza 3 times.
Each time they arrived at least 30 minutes late (and the delivery time was indicated by them, not requested by me). Furthermore, the last two were so cold that they were no longer good, but just rubbery.
When I called and asked for explanations, the answer was "they're going out", but given the temperature, perhaps they had already been out for a while.
No apologies or even trying to defuse the situation by offering delivery or a drink. NEVER AGAIN.
24/01/2025: Fast, friendly and smiling, good pizza and open for lunch, I recommend.
