08/05/2025: We had the pleasure of living an extraordinary gastronomic experience with a tasting dedicated to the restaurant's historic dishes. Each course was a true homage to the Trentino tradition: authentic flavours, top quality ingredients and careful presentation. The cuisine has been able to convey the soul of the territory with great respect through each dish. The service was simply impeccable: professional, attentive and at the same time warm, capable of making us feel truly pampered for the entire duration of the meal. The refined but welcoming environment completed the atmosphere perfectly. Finally, the quality-price ratio is absolutely consistent with the proposed experience: every euro spent was fully justified by the quality of the raw materials, the expertise in the kitchen and the excellence of the service. Furthermore, the chef had the splendid habit of passing between the tables: he was very kind and helpful, adding a touch of humanity and passion that made the experience even more special. A restaurant we would recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to eat well! We will definitely be back!

08/05/2025: A very nice experience, very nice and well-kept place. Unique but good food. Meeting Chef Roberto and his beautiful wife was very exciting. Prices normal for this type of restaurant. There is a long wait to book but it's worth it.

27/04/2025: After almost 2 years we returned to CUCINA BARZETTI and we are so happy to have found everything that made us fall in love with the restaurant from the first time. The chef's dishes are exceptional in taste and even the eyes are fascinated by them. He is always 100% available to tell you about each course or to have a chat. His wife Laura and all the other staff are so welcoming and friendly. Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità degli abbondanti stuzzichini e la preparazione dello spritz. Alla vista, anche i prodotti nella vetrina della pasticceria sembravano freschi ed attraenti. Prezzo assolutamente competitivo. Bravi.
