11/10/2025: The food was even "decent," but the service was terrible.
The waitress was rude, bumping into us 30 times if we wanted to continue eating.
She kept staring at us, and we waited 50 minutes just for the first course. To make matters worse, the shrimp arrived raw and with all the intestines inside.
Then I wanted condensed milk, and instead of telling me it wasn't there, she didn't want to bring it because the dish was already sweet enough for her.
We just wanted a quiet evening, and instead we were treated terribly.
We'll never go back.
24/08/2025: I used to be a regular. Lately, I think the quality has gone downhill, and the waiters have even become a bit rude.

04/12/2025: 45 minute wait at the Drive-Thru on Thursday at 7pm, are you kidding?
02/12/2025: Avoid like the plague! So dirty they should be closed down! They lose receipts and won't clear orders unless you complain! If you order takeout, you end up with the wrong sandwiches and missing items! Until they fire everyone who works there, starting with the boss who runs that mess, I won't go there anymore. I think it's the worst in all of Italy! I've traveled a lot, but I've never seen such discomfort! They're shameful! And on top of that, they're incredibly slow! Today I waited 40 minutes in the parking lot, then I went in and argued with them and found out I wasn't the only one! Someone wanted to make his own sandwich! In addition to being wrong, the order was frozen! It's a terrible place!

15/06/2025: Alcuni cambi del menu hanno portato questa pizzeria da 5 stelle ad un massimo di 2 stelle. Mi spiace veramente e mi rattrista scrivere queste parole però le modifiche al menu vanno a rovinare un ambiente caldo confortevole ed amicale. Per mer era tappa fissa almeno una volta a settimana ma dopo gli aggiornamenti non credo ci tornerò più. Con grandissima amarezza porgo un cordiale saluto allo staff
22/05/2025: Ho mangiato qui molte volte. La pizza è buona, quella senza glutine mediocre rispetto a molte altre assaggiate.
Una sera stavo aspettando le mie pizze d’asporto tra cui la pizza senza glutine di mio figlio.
Dalla cucina esce una pizza senza glutine e il ragazzo addetto a mettere nel cartone le pizze con glutine, con le sua mani ovviamente sporche di farina ha messo sulla pizza senza glutine del basilico.
Questa si chiama CONTAMINAZIONE e mi sorprende che un locale che ha fatto un corso AIC commetta questo errori.

31/08/2024: Ogni volta che vengo al Nespolo mi sento a casa, sia a pranzo che propongono sempre un ottimo menù fisso, sia a cena con menù alla carta….ottimo sevizio, chef che trasmette passione, ottima scelta di vini….atmosfera rilassante e molto piacevole…Complimenti a Mauro👨🍳 & Susanna 👩🏻….A++
