18/01/2026: I've been going to this place for about five years, but while it's still among the best in the area, the price increase isn't even remotely justified by the drastically worsened service. You order two different rolls and they don't arrive; after asking for them, they still arrive incorrectly. This is unacceptable for €68 for two, especially considering that you only ordered a 75-cl bottle of water and a Coke.

15/01/2026: I often go to Sushizero in Sesto Calende, and I once went to the one in Verbania. This one seems to be part of another chain; even though they have the same dishes on the menu, they're served empty or with pieces missing. The sashimi special (which can only be ordered once) arrived with half the ingredients, and we sent it back. The scallop sashimi should come with truffle, but it wasn't. I'll continue going to the one in Sesto Calende.

30/11/2025: I can only rate the service, as we weren't able to order. We sat for half an hour at a table that still needed clearing, receiving no attention. There were some issues managing the volume of customers in the restaurant.

25/11/2025: I stopped by the bar on Saturday morning and found the staff disorganized and almost listless. I went to my table and waited 10 minutes before ordering and 15 minutes before my order arrived. The girl with glasses seemed distracted and couldn't answer simple questions. I went to the counter to ask the girl at the dishwasher for information about my tray. She responded rudely and dismissively, telling me I wasn't the only one at the bar. The positives are definitely the quality of the products, which is absolutely not lacking, and the young man at the counter, who was very polite, immediately apologized for what had happened and made light of what had just happened. That's how you treat a customer. In the end, the guy proved to be the best and most suited to working with people. Well done!!!

11/01/2026: Nice, family-friendly place, clean, where you can feel good, even for children there is a dedicated play area. The tagliatelle and tagliata are excellent.

16/02/2026: The atmosphere is that of a very classic and traditional restaurant, with a timeless feel that doesn't seek modernity. ​Being a restaurant specializing in seafood, my expectations were high. I ordered spaghetti with clams, but unfortunately the dish wasn't memorable: well-prepared but lacking the burst of flavor or intensity one would expect from a restaurant with this name. ​The real highlight of the evening, however, came with dessert: a spectacular slice of chocolate, walnut, and chestnut cake by Sal De Riso. An excellent choice of supplier that significantly elevated the dinner's finale. ​In summary: 3 stars. An average experience where the seafood cuisine could be improved, but which ended on a high note thanks to the signature pastry.

21/01/2026: The owner is a total jerk and rude. Both to customers and his own staff. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
