28/03/2026: Unfortunately, this time the experience didn't live up to expectations. The dishes arrived cold, giving the impression of not having been freshly prepared. The French fries, in particular, were very hard and difficult to eat. I'm very disappointed because in the past the quality was much better. I hope this was just an isolated incident.
19/03/2026: I had an excellent plant-based Whopper menu. The service was very fast and friendly. I highly recommend the experience!

11/04/2026: Returning to the Old Wild West after a long time and discovering that the sandwiches have shrunk, and so have the burgers like at McDonald's, is truly disappointing, because that's not the way to solve the problem of rising raw material prices...
It's a real shame...

07/12/2025: Yesterday, after ordering a piadina using the app and simultaneously paying by card and providing a proper receipt to prove the payment, I went to the kiosk and they said they hadn't received my order due to technical issues, so I had to report it myself via the app. If I wanted the piadina, I'd have to pay.
So, forget about the Piadineria app and bring the cash to the register—you never know...in 2025!
Naturally, I'm still waiting for a refund from customer service.

17/01/2026: The self-service restaurant at Fuentes is fantastic. Excellent food (especially the pizzoccheri) and absolutely fair prices.
When we pass through on a trip, we always stop for lunch here.

in realtà non avevo nemmeno intenzioe di farlo. mi ha solo visto entrare nel bar col portatessere in mano.
Ma questo sarebbe il meno se detto con un minimo di cortesia e di educazione .
Sono stato trattato veramente con maleducazione , NON MI FERMERO' MAI PIU' in questo posto
ps volevo bere un caffe e prendere le sigarette .. sono uscito senza prendere nulla
