19/05/2026: The food was good, hot fries. I had the fries with cheddar and bacon, and there was a lot of cheddar and bacon in them. The service is always fast, but the atmosphere was a little dirty, the tables were on the floor. But otherwise, it was fine.

16/05/2026: Very friendly staff, great teamwork, and very organized in preparing orders with great care and speed. Another important thing is that they're always smiling and available to every customer!! The place is very clean and well-groomed, especially in the preparation of each menu. Everything is delicious. My favorite thing are the wings 😋😋

21/07/2026: It was closing time, and the other shops were closing, but we still asked if we could have dinner for two. We were allowed to. We were advised to immediately empty our carts into the car, as the escalators would be closing soon, and to exit the car through the underground parking lot, which would be closing soon. In the meantime, we ordered food and drinks. It was a rush, but everything went well. The place was quaint and clean (obviously, it was half empty given the time); the food was excellent and well-cooked (we were worried that, given the time, they would take longer to cook); the staff were very friendly, both in terms of service and in keeping with what I mentioned earlier. We'll be back.

07/12/2025: Yesterday, after ordering a piadina using the app and simultaneously paying by card and providing a proper receipt to prove the payment, I went to the kiosk and they said they hadn't received my order due to technical issues, so I had to report it myself via the app. If I wanted the piadina, I'd have to pay. So, forget about the Piadineria app and bring the cash to the register—you never know...in 2025! Naturally, I'm still waiting for a refund from customer service.
