25/12/2025: WHAT A HUGE HAIRCOMB!
Two of us had lunch, and we were lured in by the photos of the highly acclaimed Saddle of Roe Deer, thinking they were a minimum portion for two people: €27 per person with only potatoes on the side... it might have been okay looking at the photos, but the reality was quite different: 80-90g of meat PER PERSON for €27 comes to a price of €270 per kg... have you ever paid that much for a Florentine steak?!
THIS IS MADNESS.
And the potatoes were awful, too.
It's a shame because the rest of the food was quite good, especially the taroz.
By the end, my stomach was in knots.
Otherwise, the prices are pretty average, and the service is excellent, except for the fact that they sat us down at the beginning and then forgot about us (that's the fault of the person who showed us to the table, who didn't tell anyone).
For fairness and to respect the customer's wallet, I recommend including the price per 100g on the menu.
We are not all rich and we earn our money hard.
23/12/2025: Beautiful place, with a truly welcoming, family atmosphere.
We really appreciated that the menu includes both traditional valley dishes, beautifully prepared, and original dishes based on local ingredients.
The wine list is nothing short of remarkable.
Dining on the veranda overlooking the valley is particularly lovely.

Definitely worth a return visit.
The venison was cooked to a high standard.
03/01/2026: Truly delicious! A few dishes were really well-made; I had the homemade tagliatelle with venison ragù twice! But we had starters, main courses, and dessert! There were 6 of us eating, and we were all satisfied! The waiters and managers were kind and fast! Absolutely nothing to complain about! And the prices were great! 10/10 quality/price ratio!!!

05/01/2026: Enchanting place, a bit old-fashioned, '90s style, so to speak. Superb food, with a touch of modernity, while still maintaining some traditional dishes like pizzoccheri or onion soup. The portions are generous but the prices are reasonable. The wine cellar is well-stocked.
The service is also excellent. Highly recommended.

When we asked for updates, noticing that those who had arrived after us had been given a table, the waitress told us we were rude. Just because the place is full doesn't mean you can treat people with condescension.

29/06/2025: Dopo una camminata sotto il sole cocente, siamo arrivati a questo rifugio affamati, assetati….e senza prenotazione.
Ci ha accolti la signora alla cassa con gentilezza e comprensione e dopo una corretta attesa, ci siamo accomodati per pranzare. Cibo semplice ma ottimo, Consigliato
20/06/2025: Qualità eccellente, fantastico posto. Se vi trovate in zona dovete assolutamente fermarvi e provare le eccellenze del rifugio. Prodotti freschi, cortesia e magnifico paesaggio vi attenderanno al Rifugio Tartaglione.

07/07/2025: Arrivi al lago dopo un ardua salita...hai sete e anche tanta fame.
Personale gentile ti fa accomodare in una tavolata con altre persone, giusta la condivisione in locali e località come questa.
I piatti era buoni e il servizio è stato veloce.
Unica nota negativa, secondo me,non puoi far pagare 8.5 e 9 euro due birre da supermercato.

17/07/2025: Che scoperta questo agriturismo! Siamo venuti per pranzo e siamo rimasti incantati. Il menù propone piatti della tradizione: dagli antipasti con salumi e formaggi locali, ai primi piatti fatti in casa e tantissimi dolci squisiti (torta di ricotta e cioccolato buonissima per non parlare del gelato)
L’ambiente è molto familiare, si mangia all’aperto con vista sulle cime della Valmalenco e con compagnia delle mucche della Malga. I proprietari come anche tutto lo staff sono gentilissimi e si vede la passione per quello che fanno. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e i prezzi onestissimi per la qualità offerta.
Ideale anche per le famiglie con bambini e cani. Prenotazione consigliata, soprattutto nei weekend.
Peccato per le poche indicazioni sui sentieri, ma una volta trovato ci tornerete appena avrete l’occasione. Consigliatissimo!
05/03/2025: Avevamo prenotato un tavolo per 4 persone e 2 amici hanno chiesto se stringendoci potevano aggiungersi a noi, il cameriere storcendo un po’ il naso, ha accettato. Senza avvisarci preventivamente, in più, il nostro tavolo era un tavolo condiviso con altri 2 estranei(che peraltro hanno acconsentito all’aggiunta dei commensali dicendo che non era assolutamente un problema).
Abbiamo ordinato, dopodiché si presenta la titolare dalla cucina che in tono molto aggressivo ci dice che siamo dei maleducati perché non ci si può aggiungere all’improvviso mettendo ‘in ginocchio’ la cucina(abbiamo ordinato cibi molto semplici).
Ci ha urlato addosso davanti a tutti gli altri clienti sbigottiti.
No comment!
Cibo normale, ambiente soffocante, servizio assurdo.
Non lo consiglio! Ci sono posti decisamente più accoglienti sulle piste.
Pessima esperienza!

30/12/2024: Posto perfetto per una pausa pranzo. Abbiamo preso bis e tris di primi, davvero ottimi e abbondanti, consiglio i medaglioni di cervo con i funghi. Nei primi gnocchetti e pizzoccheri buonissimi. Sicuramente cibo di ottima qualità. Personale molto gentile.
