The cuisine is excellent, traditional local cuisine, and the tasting menu is extensive. The service is excellent: friendly, fast, and discreet. The interior is very well-maintained, pleasant, and comfortable. It's a shame that the outdoor area is neglected and in stark contrast to the interior, which detracts from my experience.

Enchanting place, a bit old-fashioned, '90s style, so to speak. Superb food, with a touch of modernity, while still maintaining some traditional dishes like pizzoccheri or onion soup. The portions are generous but the prices are reasonable. The wine cellar is well-stocked. The service is also excellent. Highly recommended.

We stayed 5 nights in Chiesa in Valmalenco, of which we dined here on 4 nights. We tried many dishes from the menu and they were all delicious. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We take home truly wonderful memories of this holiday!

29/12/2025: We dined here twice during our vacation and were always very pleased. The service from all the girls was friendly, courteous, and efficient. My compliments to the wait staff. The food was good, the prices fair. We ordered both first and second courses, as well as pizzas, and everything was excellent. I recommend it.
26/12/2025: We found this place on our second-to-last day. We really enjoyed the dinner. The prices were reasonable, and everything we ordered was delicious. Compared to other places we'd visited in Livigno, Canoe was unbeatable! We returned for lunch.
